The architecture of the hotel and the swimming pool is phenomenal. You get the impression that you are in another time and space. A very unusual and unusual feeling, something that I have not had the opportunity to see until now. The whole hotel, with the lobby and all the accompanying rooms, as well as the walking areas, corridors, pool and rooms are designed as if you are in prehistoric caves with an accent of today's comfort and convenience.

I would have to emphasize the food in the restaurant, which is not at an enviable level, and the materials used to make the hotel (plaster), have the property of rotting after a certain time, so when you walk around the rooms, you get the impression that it is not very clean. the approach from the beach to the sea is covered with dead corals, so entering the sea is difficult.

The special decorative style, the very helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere in the evening was very fairytale-like and romantic. We absolutely loved the food, especially the fish was excellent! Loved the dark grey, longhaired hotel cat 'DaRule', who even spend a night in our hotelroom ;-)

That the VISA-machine wasn't working, so we could not pay with our visa card, nor with regular bank card and maestro function. We had to cancel our 10-day stay at this resort because it was impossible to withdraw that much money. And no one told us in advance that we needed to pay the entire amount of our booking in cash at the check-in date! Unfortunately we could only stay here for two nights, and that is such a pity. So please dear Caves Resort, take good care of your foreign customers and make sure your visa-machine is back up and running! Other than this major hiccup, Caves is the best and most enchanting resort we have ever visited in our lives.

the food and drinks are is really really bad

The hotel was fantastic. Added bonus that it's all inclusive. Only small issue is that there were no snacks available outside of food times. However, there was plenty of choice at the 3 meal times. Drinks on tap and the coffee was really good! Some shops onsite for any extras you need including a pharmacy. The staff were super friendly and helpful - big thanks to Mohammed and Mina at reception for going above and beyond for us! Really cool hotel with everything you need onsite. Would highly recommend for groups of friends/couples.

Wi-fi only in one section of the hotel (bar), it's a shame it wasn't in the bedrooms and elsewhere in the hotel. The beds also weren't comfy. Lastly, they were playing very loud music at the pool every day from 10am, could have been a bit later!

Amazing space in the studio air con was an absolute god send food was exceptional and plenty to choose from every day. Entertainment was just enough and didn’t feel pressured to join in. We came for rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. With the bonus of good food amazing room and staff that are polite helpful and respectful 4th time here and will be continuing to come twice a year.

The spa staff are a little too pushy for massages and take the payment up front. And massages were not great. But everyone else was helpful and respectful. Also the card machine to pay for the hotel never works so u are forced to walk to the next hotel to take out cash and pay in local currency which is far more expensive that way. It’s never worked In the last 4 years of us coming here. Time it was sorted out. We learned to bring our payment out with us in dollars this time.

Staff is very nice and friendly ....I felt it as soon as I stepped in the hotel. Very professional animation team they will keep u entertained all day long and they know how to spread positive vibes 24/7 Wide variety of tasty food and desserts I always had different choices .....and if u wanna gonna healthy don’t worry they got ur back with delicious stuff. My room was very very clean and comfy. Beautiful sea spot.....enjoying sunset time was my daily ritual during my stay. Very unique fully equipped gym....guys u have my word there is no hotel gym in the whole world like this one specially with that rocks design......heard that the owner of the hotel was a gym addict (may his soul Rest In Peace) This time I felt like I shouldn’t have missed the royal rooms which are located directly to the lake....u just need to open ur balcony and jump in........I will come back again just to enjoy this one.......

I didn’t like how I felt how am already missing this the moment I left..... Can’t wait to repeat the visit.

My friend and I wanted a calm place to relax and Caves beach resort fits the bill. The room was clean and had everything you needed, cleaned every day and fresh towels. We ate in flinstones restaurant, the food was plentiful varied and tasty and staff everywhere were helpful and polite.
