Everything, I used to spend my summer outside egypt .but this was my first year to take the risk and actually it was very rewarding Salam , Mustafa, baseem ,Osama , Samah and many more ,thank your for your hospitality and kind support .this was one of my best trips ever

If all restaurants menus to be organized and published so it w9upd be easier for the guest to decide where to go everyday Also extend the aqua park timing

There's so much to do there - esp for kids. Loads of excellent water slides, a surfing pool, astro football, funfair ... We booked a hut room, which had a great view. was close to the main reception and was big enough for our family of 5. A/C worked a treat, and the staff were all v attentive and polite. We were there for Xmas and new year and they put on what was simply an incredible party, performances and DJ sets. The value for money was incredible

Nothing really negative to be honest. The place was a bit big(!), and maybe the food choice was limited depending where you went, so we picked and chose from multiple restaurants quite often. There was only 1 table tennis table, and considering was was probably £££££ spent on other facilities, I'd suggest having 4 or 6 table tennis tables in the reception area

We are family of 6 with kids ranging from 2 to 17. There was many options for all kids and food was amazing especially taj and ragine restaurants. We did not want to leave. Taj even arranged birthday cake and song for my son birthday.

The marketing from the spa is not good. Message was good however. Firstly they disturb you when you are relaxing at the pool. Then when we finally bought 4 treatments and sauna access they also charged us for pool entry which is free. Further when I tried to use the sauna they wanted to close it early. Definitely not a pleasure dealing with them. I suggest the spa has a booth at various places in the resort and do not disturb people while relaxing. Also please close the gym later like most other hotels

Pros: everything in the resort exceeded our expectations, my family had the best time in their life. Aquapark was amazing, the food was full of varieties, clean and so delicious, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were cozy and had a great view. Definitely, we will come back again, I had hard time convincing my kids to check out.

Cons: Weather was really hot and humid and the resort was crowded but this is not their fault, it is just normal for this time of the year. Also, there is one thing that really bothered me, there was Ac everywhere except in the mosque which is really unacceptable, I'm not sure how much it would cost the resort to condition the mosque.

The aqua is the best, the food had a lot of variation this year , there is a lot of grilled food everyday, the rooms are the best rooms in style, they send us a cake in our son birthday (good),the staff are friendly although there is alot of guests. This is the third visit for me and I like it so much

the breakfast and deserts need to be better.cleaning of the rooms need to be better than that.

The resort is focused on families with children and they delivered well on this. If you are a family with children or teenagers that like waterparks, this is the place. You will find things to do all day without leaving the resort. Children activities (midway rides, arts....) and pools were amazing. Also, very nice aquapark for grow-ups that you will like. Most of the stuff were amazing especially Mr. Emad & Mr. Ahmed at the reception. Food had lots of varieties and was tasty. People at the restaurants are very nice and professional. While you are there try to take some time to visit Hurghada attractions like the aquarium and other day activities like kite surfing Also, consider a day trip to Luxor.

Some of the animation team in the kids club were not nice and my child didn't want to go there again!! I think they need to have more professional people when it comes to daycare there. Also, for the size of the resort and children focus, they need more space and daycare activities with longer time windows so that parents can hove some free time during the day.

The bungalow we stayed in was renovated, very clean and spacious. It accommodated five of us. There were two rooms in the bungalow which were separated by a sliding door. It had a kettle, a small fridge and a hairdryer in the bathroom. This particular bungalow had a pool view which I highly recommend rather than having a garden view. There are sliding doors which go out on to a small patio and then it’s the pool. A garden view isn’t bad because the pools are literally in every section close to a cluster of bungalows. This particular bungalow also had roof fans and air-conditioning. And the roof fans are very handy if you don’t want the air conditioning on all the time. 

We were five adults in this bungalow. Please note that this place considers a 12-year-old an adult and will be charged an adults price for the stay. In my opinion, five adults in this two roomed bungalow is a bit tight. Especially considering there’s only one bathroom.  We had a large double bed and a single bed in one room. In the second room, we had two single beds which accommodated all five of us in the two rooms in this bungalow. 

Staff, service and location are outstanding. My kids loved it and can’t wait to go back again next holidays. many different options to eat and all of them are so good with something for everyone Bus service to beach is convenient and easy to use with bus in and out every 30 minutes. Beach is clean and the access to free drinks and food is a big bonus Aqua park is safe and clean One of the very few places you can leave your kids walk around alone without a worry. Security and safety is number one priority of the staff.

The facilities on sight were excellent. Children's activities eg fun fair, PlayStation and games timing and availability was very good. The food and restaurant timings were perfect. Choice of food and activities meant we had everything for our whole family. Our cleaner Ahmed Gamal was very helpful if we needed to know anything. He always went out of his way to help us. Serving staff were friendly and made us feel welcome

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was perfect. The only upsetting thing we witnessed outside the alba kids club was a young worker doing the garden up with a few other workers. A man who looked like he was a supervisor started to hit and beat him up. This young worker was helpless and ran into the road to get away followed by an older looking worker who bought him back. This happened on Friday morning at 10am. We were upset as a family to see this treatment of a young worker
