I have been here with my family for 4 days but i really enjoyed it alot . Food was delicious and variety. Staff were so friendly. People at the reception were so friendly and they welcomed us very well .Rooms are clean. Great view . Animation team are doing great job all day with different program at the evening as well thanks Zeka and his team . I would like to thanks the management for the professional job with great organization . Feels like our second home. Definitely will come back in September. High recommend 👌

Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel

The food was very tasty and there was plenty to choose from. All the staff were nice and we never had to wait for anything. I send a special greeting to Ragab, who cleaned our rooms and kept our fridge full. The guests of the hotel also suited me. During my stay, the hotel accommodated mostly Italians and Czechs (I do not know if this is always the case). They all behaved well and were not noisy. No one wasted food! Something I really don't like is when someone wastes food. I didn't miss the type of guests there (you all probably know where they often come from) who like to do the exact opposite.

If I was looking for something that I think could be improved, it would be WIFI / internet connection. The connection was slow, unstable, and it often was not possible to connect at all.

It's always a. Magnificent to stay at Gemma Resort where you find your relaxation and amazing vibes. This is the 4th time to get back again, and will always do.. Thanks for all the team for making a special stay for everyone😊🙏

The room was very comfortable and the pool was very nice. All the waiters were very friendly and helped us pack breakfast that we didn’t have time to eat while we were out diving.The food is delicious and there is a party time in the evening

We had a great time at Gemma Resort. The room was very spacious and always clean, room service has always been very attentive. We tried both the buffet restaurant and the other a’ la carte restaurants and we enjoyed all our meals. The management and all the staff is present and always available but never intrusive. WiFi in the room and in common areas is good.. We appreciated the quiet and very relaxed atmosphere of the resort and the lagoon. It is possible to access the lagoon directly from the beach and the water remains at tight level, we felt it very safe, especially for kids even if the drawback is that the life and colors of the corals close to the beach are not as vivid as in the other bays we have been diving with the diving center present inside the resort.

The diving center is ok, if you are a certified diver it will be perfectly fine and the diving staff is kind. It was really a pity they did not managed to organize a dive at the house reef that seems to be very nice.

We have free upgrade. Very nice room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are simple and nice. If you like the crow, choose the main one and if you like quiet, you can easily find small pools in every block. The beach is interesting with shape and character and unlike many other resort with flat and wide beach. Food is generally ok. Some dishes are very tasty. There are family friendly activities every nights.

There are limited choices when the restaurants are closed. Majority of the guests are from Italy and Eastern European. It is not a problem but just reference.

I can't find words to express how astonished am I. I had a fair experience with hotels in Egypt (many in Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada). I have had fears from distance between Cairo and Marsa Alam - and those was real, 774 Km - but when I reached, I can say "It deserves the trial" By the way, the highway roads have been renewed recently. Also, you can go to Marsa Alam by Air, or even by Go Bus. I can't count the too many advantages here over other hotels, but I'll try. The gracious attitude from - literally - all the stuff, allover the whole vacation without any minor exception was there greatest privilege. Others include, The Red sea: many hotels' beaches are either wide and had long shallow water with no coral reefs or colorful cheerful fish, or the reverse where the coral reefs are too close to the beach with high chance of injuries and lacerations. Here they are present, yet after an adequate distance. I think this gives opportunity to all kinds of guests to swim according to their own preference. The entertainment team: they are friendly. The shows are joyful and one of the most imp.aspects of good hotels is having good shows. They are held in a cheerful location around the pool. Food: Numerous, Diverse, Delicious 😋 from multiple kitchens (the italian was the main one). It achieved the difficult equation of the quality and the quantity together. N.B. the resort has its own time which precedes Egypt local time by one hour; so, don't miss the restaurant times. Cleanliness: clean and tidy The room building style: the concave roof has a beautiful look and I thinks it helps to cool the room temperature. The room is also spacious. The high booking rate: it was the primary reason why I've chosen this place - thanks to older reviewers and thanks to booking - it was 9 when I booked, but when I had my own experience, i thought it deserves more, and in rating details it scored 9.3 and 9.

The Wifi field only covers the Lobby, also with weak signal strength. It's bad for internet seeking. But on the other side, it allowed me to enjoy the real natural life over the virtual one for few days. Although the far distance from Cairo, the resort is located too close to the protectress of Wadi El Gemal and its National Park, providing unforgettable scenes of raw beauty. I'd like to remember any other disadvantage, but you meet advantages every where and when. I think I would repeat that vacation soon.

I will never forget this trip thanks to everyone that is working here 🙏🏼 we were able to snorkel and see different kinds of sea animals and corals just few steps from the beach 🥰 they are also quite careful and warning everyone to make sure that nobody ruin the corals or give food to the fishes.. also we had trip to dolphins house and we had wim with them (big thanks to the guys there that took care of everyone and made sure that we had good memories in videos and photos). The restaurant is good the chef was always careful to listen to people’s opinion about food and if they have something more they desire to have ! Rooms are so clean the housekeepers are always careful about minor details

I think this is quite common thing but I didn’t like it anyway that people just wake up and book swimming pool with some towels! The hotels should remove it if people don’t come back after 1 or 2 hours because I saw some people that book place in swimming pool and at the beach in same time !
