The beach is amazing, smell of the room is nice. Bed & Pillows are comfortable, very nice decoration. Over all stay was very good, recommended. Good food & service at the beach restaurant.

When we arrived at first in the reception for the check in - our request for the bed preference was 1 king bed since we are a couple - however, they told us that there is no room available with 1 bed and all of them are double - we were very pissed off - the annoying part was that the manager was trying to convince us with the double room and when we completely refused they solved the problem. I hope that this argument wasn’t there from the beginning and the solution was presented at first to avoid the negative vibe and the off mood since we were traveling to celebrate our anniversary. Another thing, the same issue happened with the robes and slippers ! It is very surprisingly that they would prefer going with an argument when they can provide the needs of the customer at the end !

The location is perfect , the beach is more than perfect yet very crowded at the weekend that we have to book a seat from the early morning It is in the heart of almaza , seconds walk to the village ( hub of all restaurants) , mins walking to the beach and there are golf cars as well .. Open to all other jazz hotels and beaches Breakfast is more than perfect

The noise .. we took a back view room to the main street and we can hear so much noise from the nightlife and as well the below supermarket in addition to the staff working in the morning talking at the room corridor No activity at the hotel by night Electricity cut off

While staying at the hotel, there were three power outages that affected the A/C, which was already weak. Also I overheard the housekeeping supervisor yelling at staff not to open the A/C while cleaning, which I found troubling given the hot conditions they were working in. I spoke to the receptionist, who said they would talk to the manager about it, but I'm not sure what happened next. Hopefully, the situation was addressed positively.

Breakfast was excellent loads of choice hot and cold buffet . Waiters were excellent too we had hot drinks and. Juice brought to table ! Accommodation was comfortable clean quiet the best hotel I have been in for a long time . Everything you need is within walking distance.

Location out on a limb . Obviously the complex is first rate everything you need is within walk-in distance. No lift we were on second floor , next time I would request a ground floor room .

Spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings, calm, wonderful restaurants, excellent staff and cleanliness. Can access other Jazz hotels on the same beachfront, facilities are truly excellent, many things to do in the evening and lovely long walks on the main connecting beachfronts.

No Wifi service in the rooms, only available in hotel public spaces such as lobby or restaurants was at times inconvenient. Hope it is extended to the rooms in the future as in this day and age, Wifi is essential. Also at times our hotel experienced brief power cuts that were quickly restored by the hotel electricity generators, but was still quite odd that it happened.

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. No Internet in the room.. They had to charge me more as I asked for a ground floor pool-view room..but I do understand it is the hotel policy

1.The golf car driver is treating the Italians better than the Egyptians 2. There was a 4 hours deley just to check in 3. It took a long time the order in the out door area in front of the pool

The rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds. Beautiful huge pool. breakfast has many options. almaza bay beach is great. Only 400m away. Room service and staff are super friendly.

The animation team was not really active. Didnt find the people in the kids club. No activities for kids at night like in other jaz hotels. The beach isn’t privat. It is shared with almaza community. the rooms are not very clean as it used to be in other Jaz hotels.

Clean friendly classy location

I spoke to the hotel about an unpleasant incident during my booking and i didnt get any satisfying solution for my complain As i booked 2 rooms and one of them was cancelled all of a sudden which interrupted our plan big time and i expected better troubleshooting and handling to my complain

Love the beach it was crystal clear almost no waves at, absolutely beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Service was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and spacious. I loved the stay. I will definitely repeat it.

Absolutely nothing to complain about just keep it up.
