The pool and the beach were clean and were being kept that way throughout the day. The place is more of a vacation village (as apposed to "hotel") and is well maintained and looked after. Green is the all around though Sinai is a desert :) The staff were very friendly and attentive. There is a small reef so we enjoyed snorkeling with no extra efforts.

We arrived with 5 children, 3 of them young, so we wanted to have connected rooms. I didn't get any reply to my emails before hand and though I managed to call them and asked for the rooms to be together, once we arrived we were offered separate ones. (Things were fixed on the 2nd day thnx to the attentive staff.) The fruit and vegetables were not of high quality. (Disclosure - we keep Kosher so we didn't try most of the food.) Air-condition was turned off a minute after the official breakfast time (kind of showing people the way out). In such a hot place a better quality mini-bar fridge (in the rooms) is essential.

Food was surprisely good. The rooms were great and the area of the hotel is well cared and clean

The most important thing is the beach. The water is very dirty and full with plastic bag. It was realy shame to go inside the water and see this plastic all over. Specialy beacuae they are cleaning the beach but for some reason the left the water dirty

- Hotel grounds are very spacious, clean and calm - Pool is nice - Beach is beautiful - Staff is attentive

- Beach swiming area is very very limited and small - AC in the lobby and main bar is turned off at sunset for no reason, we had to ask several times and only then they turned it on (every night was the same) - When booking a taxi driver to pick us up from the hotel the staff was very rude and delayed us for half an hour, they didn't like the fact that we didn't book their driver (it was much cheaper the other way). - Don't leave your beach towels unattended, they simply pick them up randomaly from beach area or pool and then charge you $15 per towel at check out...

The team and staff are great. They are welcoming and try to help as much as they can. The place is clean, there are lifeguards at the pool and at the beach that really cares about the swimmers. Noor is brilliant at the kids' playground. The clerks at the reception are amazing.

There was a bad smell in the room, the aircondition was too noisy. There is no AC at the reception. It is aloud to smoke almost everywhere....

The location and the whole surrounding is great

The green grass lawns and gardens, the swimming pool, the sandy beach which is so close… wow!!!! Most of the staff are very friendly although their English is not their strong side.

The first room we got… the AC was noisy, the bed was bad, I went at 05:00 to the reception to request a different room. Obviously they were not set to change rooms at 5am, told me to return at 10am. At 10am they told me to get back at 14:00. Exhausting!!!! The second room we received was perfect!!! The food… if you stay for a day, it’s fine, but eating almost the same food every meal… not that great.

staff were all pollite and coopertive starting with reception , housekeeping, waiters at the dinning room towel boy and so on

breakfast as well as dinner were poor and untasty. lots of good ingredients spoiled in the kitchen. to much seasoning in most of the dishes including salads. kitchen must be changed into cosmopolitan seashore sould be cleaned more frequently . to much plastic botlles , nylon bags, snack wrappings on the beach,

Liked the beautiful beach, sleeping in a comfortable bed with AC and being walking distance from the authentic Sinai experience of Husha, Nargila, blue open beaches . Namita spa was an excellent experience and highly recommended. Many activities during the day - darts throw contest, aqua-gym and fun pool. Overall great atmosphere.

The communication isn't very easy. The "all inclusive" concept isn't very clear. In the beach bar they counted late lunch snacks per room guests...? Worth explaining better at check in. Serving drinks in single use plastic cups is a bummer. The coffee isn't good, the meal variaty could be better - oatmeal and granola for breakfast for example. The standard rooms are small

Nuweiba is a perfect place for a vacation. Beuatiful beach, so quite and calm and the swimming pool and gardens at the resort where a bonus The swimming pool, beach and gardens are very well maintained, its like an oasis in the desert and the stuff are always smiling and happy to assist

Don't expect too much of the room, house cleaning and food. Reasonable but not much more
