High quality room, clean and modern, laundry facilities, comprehensive kitchen and big fridge, lovely living room and aircon. Stayed here before on a similar trip across the country, kids love the pool and once inside this place it feels secure. Playground just a few steps away and heaps of shops nearby

Venture outside of the hotel felt like a risk, did not feel safe at the local woolies or in the carpark area and that was during the day time. If you're travelling with family be vigilant - but I would stay here again since this for me was an essential stop from WA through SA. Kids did complain about their bedroom being at the front of the unit next to the entry door and away from the parents room and not feeling safe; smart youngsters

Great location - right by the water & close to Parkrun which was part of the reason we selected the town for our stop. There is a Woolworths right across the road. The parking is plentiful & the rooms are spacious and well equipped - we got all our laundry done & it has a nice big fridge and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the DVD library for a bit of an old school blast from the past. The bed was very comfortable.

It’s a very small detail but would love a sheer curtain behind the blackout curtain so you can have some privacy without completely blocking out the sun.

I did book and pay for a 2 bedroom apartment.. Only because my husband doesn't like to have any light showing when he tries to sleep. He goes to bed before me.. I would have only used the room as a reading room not to sleep. The bedroom did have doors that closed but they were frosted glass. No way to keep the light out. When closed the room was a bit stuffy. And not much room for suitcases in there. The only other thing was the microwave was a combi oven and it had an isolation switch at the end of the bench.. a bit difficult for oldies to figure out. But a friend helped us.

Loved the location, and the staff were super helpful. Cant fault the service at all. It was 40 degrees and the staff had put the air-conditioning on for us so the room was cool when we arrived. The mattress was sooooo comfortable.

More an us issue really, My husband forgot his tooth brush and there was no where to get one at 11pm so maybe a tooth brush in the rooms would be good, or even a vending machine that has bottles of water and tooth brushes and stuff would be amazing -

The hotel was located conveniently in the middle of town. We stayed here to escape the heat as we're travelling in a van around Australia. The room was very nice and comfortable with options to do cook indoors or order room service. The shower pressure was great and the beds comfy. There was even washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom to catch up on laundry. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

The room looked nice and neat, had all of the necessities that I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sherry or Shirley (sorry if I’m wrong) for being so helpful and understanding. I was travelling to Port Augusta from Whyalla and the day I was due to arrive it was so hot. I’m thankful she understood and I could check in really early because I had no where I could go and I had my 7 month old with me.

The bed was a bit hard. I couldn’t figure out the TV (I guess I could of asked for help) some channels worked and some didn’t. Maybe different couches, I’m a big girl so it was a snug fit haha

Central location right next to shopping centre and grassed foreshore parkland with walking track. Room was just big enough, although table was against the wall under the TV. Secure gated facility, staff helpful and friendly.

On site car-parking was hit and miss to be near our room and some parks were narrow and awkward to get into. Room could have been cleaner, shower screen and door dirty with months of white and brown scum around the door frame, whole room seemed a bit tired including the spa which had lots of chips and cracks.

Secure, has gates to get into apartments and there is a safe in the room. Excellent equipment. Good to have a dryer as well as washing machine in room. Didn’t use swimming pool or wifi so no comment about that. Soundproofing gave us a quiet night. Very friendly helpful staff The Arid botanic gardens and cafe was worth a visit

We only stayed one night but found it be a nice comfortable property. Really appreciated the locked gates to the property, and it is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Beds comfortable, rooms quiet and excellent facilities, including a washing machine and dryer which wasn’t expected. Staff were wonderful, especially Shelby who answered all my questions patiently and helped with the parking. It was totally booked out so I was glad I had pre booked a room earlier.

Extremely thought out layout and amenities in room. It had EVERYTHING a weary traveler needs. Love the late hours check-in, and especially the later 11am check-out - this was fabulous (we needed it!). Washer and drier, kitchen design and equipment excellent; large fridge; air con; good sized room; descent sized table and 2 chairs! soaps and supplies! Everything was 100% spot-on. Would definitely come back again, and recommend this place to stay for others.

Maybe 2 arm chairs would be nice - but, truly, nothing was lacking at all.
