My husband and I use this hotel when we come up for family who live in Rocklin. It's very convenient and clean. Added bonus is it's right across the street from a Starbucks and Safeway. Staff are usually very nice and friendly.

This trip we upgraded to a suite. We were a little disappointed with the room. There didn't seem to be enough furniture available to fill a room of this size. There was only one nightstand in the bedroom which is very inconvenient. Everyone owns a phone and needs to charge it at the end of the day. We ended up moving a table from the living room, so I could have something to charge my devices on. The kitchen area needed more lighting desperately. The deadbolt on the front door was very sticky. We much preferred the regular rooms to the suite. The couch in the living room was tiny compared to the size of the room. All-in-all I won't be upgrading when staying in this hotel.

close to freeway, beds were very comfortable .

the breakfast was cold not a good flow to get your food. not enough tables to eat at. when i asked the attendant for more hot water. she was very short said there was hot water out there. i explained it was out. she did come out and refill after we were done with breakfast. she needed more help for as many people that was there. she couldn't keep up

I love everything about the hotel except the parking situation. One night, the lights did not come on and it was pitch dark and two of the days there were work trucks taking up many of the parking spots. Other than that, it was mere perfection.

...Just the work trucks taking 2-3 spots per truck during the day. More coffee in rooms would be nice. I like 2 cups per morning...

very comfortable rooms! the most comfortable bed I have ever encountered at a hotel. rooms are spacious as well.

no water in the rooms. also, the fire alarm went off and people were evacuating (it was about 9:30pm). when the all clear was given, front desk seemed surprised by the guests’ response of exiting the building and said they had another false alarm earlier in the day as well. seemed it would have then been prudent to inform guests as they were exiting the building rather than seeming surprised. needless to say, sleep was hard to come by after that experience and the possibility that it may go off again in the night.

Conveniently located. Very comfortable and quiet. Lovely room, great breakfast. I stayed on Christmas Eve and had a most relaxing evening. I loved my room. I felt safe, secure and well cared for. This was my little Xmas present, which I needed so much after so much stress.

It needs a little TLC here and there, wear and tear over the years, but lovely accomodations.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean common areas and rooms, comfortable bed, and very nice self-serve breakfast. The location was a bit tricky to find but only about 15 mins from our event at Thunder Valley Casino-Resort.

I like the friendly staff . One I really enjoy talking to and seeing is Sheila I believe oh and Lucy. They both always look very nice and make you feel comfortable always smiling and attentative to your needs. The whole staff even the maids but Sheila is very good.

Nothing at all

for one thing, they didnt have to charge us the extra 250.00 for smoking in the room, because we did not smoke in the room. i feel like they set us up for the money. they said ther wer ashes on the desk and they took pictures. they were going to email the pictures but never did. please send them to me. i will get my lawyer and go to claims court if nothing is done. you go to have a good time and end up getting cheated by the staff. we know the no smoking in california and abide by the rules.

It wasn’t the best bed or best view or best location I’ve ever had (tho those were all fine), but it WAS the best stay in years because of the front desk staff. You weren’t treated by some people putting on airs or doing the whole “Yes sir, thank you madam” front desk clone thing. Instead you were treated like an old friend they were happy to see and while they bent over backwards you really just wanted to stay and chat with them. Chat messages through booking.com were answered quickly (especially by Zack at night) and front desk requests were handled with a sly smirk where they blended with my personality easily, while then promptly treating the put-out older gentleman with the respect he deserved.

Honestly it was fine.

Everybody is very nice and attentive to your needs. I really like everybody and look forward to my stays in rocklin comfort inn. The maids are even great. This is a very good crew.

My door wouldn't lock . The deadbolt part but that's minor and can be fixed.
