I've stayed in this hotel in the past and they have done a ton of work to it. They have completed a ton of remodeling to this hotel and made it beautiful ! The front lobby is beautiful and their morning breakfast is absolutely wonderful I mean a full-on hot breakfast maintained the whole time constantly has food ready to go and the food tastes delicious as well. I had parked on the side of the building one day and used the stairwell to go up to the third floor and I couldn't believe how nice and clean it was and how great it smells even in the stairwell which is unusual because we always expected to smell good in the hallways and stuff but even the stairwells are nice. The service is great the room was extremely clean the staff is extremely nice and professional and the hotel is very clean as well. Thank you to everyone at sure stay plus hotel by Best Western.

room was spacious with two queen-sized beds, a very strong air conditioner with easy temperature adjustments, a variety of tv channels, a microwave, coffee, and mini fridge in the room. Very good water pressure in bathroom with good quality shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer, iron in room. Breakfast had many choices and the beds were very comfortable. Above all the price was a bargain, considering all the amenities. The hotel location is close to many different restaurants and stores at walking distance.

some scratches on front of furniture, something that could easily be covered, and the shelf of the credenza drawers were broken off the frame, but nothing that we could not live with.

We came for Aftershock and the first hotel ended up being horrible. We found this one for not that much more than the original hotel but 100 times better! The wifi worked well and breakfast was actually very good with a good selection. Staff was very nice and friendly Everytime we communicated. Rooms were clean, spacious, very comfortable beds. I loved the nook in the window too. It is close to the highway but honestly it wasn't any louder than our streets at home or if you use white noise.

My only complaint was they never came to clean our room during our 5 nights of stay. We only had the do not disturb sign on the door the night we showed up and the following day when we were in and out of the room a lot. With one trash can and a couple towels we could've used a check in at least once

The room provided our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the lobby was the best. Its location is right off the freeway. Our room was the other side of the building away from the traffic noise. The outdoor perimeter is good for waking our pet around.

Our room had 2 beds. The 1st bed we slept in had an unstable frame and uneven mattress. The other bed offered a better night's rest. Its bedding were sheets and a thin blanket. We expected more softness, warmth and better fitted sheets.

I’m not a picky person by any means, it accommodated my kids and I just fine. My youngest went downstairs by himself and the staff was friendly to him and the other visitors were as well. He liked taking the elevator and going to the lobby to read, talk to strangers, and snack

I find it hard to sleep in on a bed that isn’t my own. And my bastard child got up at 7am our first day when we had went to sleep at 1230 or so. I wanted more sleep. But that’s not the hotels fault

Not much to complain about other than loud doors everywhere. Hotel really needs to address that issue. Noticed, it comes up on most reviews. If I was management, I would seriously look to into it. Perhaps, sleep there one night and experience what customers have to endure. Hotel is very clean so overall, your stay will be a pleasant one.

Only thing that was a bit bothersome, were the loud doors in every room as well as the exit doors. They are really much too loud especially after midnite and before 5am.

yesmiah at the front desk was a absolute sweet heart kind and caring. the food great for a hotel. it would have been nice for the biscuits and gravy to not have sauage in the gravy. Great for my dog. Great location. I have been disappointed recently by best western but this made up for it.

the lightening was alittle dim

So pleased that this place has a free breakfast (unlike the Hilton I just paid twice as much for), clean and comfy rooms, free parking, pool and cookies and water in lobby. Exceptionally friendly staff. Under $100 per night with taxes and fees! A great bargain. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not much. Older hotel that’s nicely updated.

It was very nice to see families there. I saw people enjoying the pool. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and that there was no "hotel odor". I really liked size of the bathroom. The AC unit had a quiet hum which I kept on at night for white noise.

An ice machine on the 3rd floor would be nice :-D. But not a deal breaker.

The staff was fine. The breakfast was fine. The room could have been a little more up-to-date we stay there quite often literally once or twice a month and the dresser was just peeling off and the sheet was dirty on one pillowcase was dirty on one the shower wasn't very clean better than that it was okay
