This is a budget property, so keep that in mind. It was clean, but dated and tired. They are also updating the property during this time, so not all rooms are available, and there is a large dumpster out front. The cheaper rooms have no windows, and we knew that ahead of time so that wasn't an issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the shower had plenty of strong hot water!

Given that this is a budget property, the best that you can expect is: Clean rooms Hot water works Friendly staff AC/heater works Typical motel coffee Those boxes were all checked. Even adding in the fact that they were doing updates, we didnt hear any noise, so we didnt really have any complaints.

This was so much nicer than I expected (no diss, just never know with roadside inns). I’ve had less amenities and aesthetic at some $200+ night hotels. The bed was comfy, the rooms were really spacious. You can tell it’s been renovated but some things kept based on some of the older tiling and such, in a really homey way. Really nice and funny employee welcomed us totally chipper even thought it was past midnight on Christmas (sorry🙏🏼). And omg The view is absolutely INSANE. Highly recc.

The only feedback I can think of and just in case it’s useful: The pillows were just a bit pokey through the linens (possibly feather pillows?), so they were a bit uncomfortable on the face (but nothing crazy).

Quaint hotel. They remodeled some of the rooms and are remodeling the breakfast area which will be nice once done. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view. No noise from neighbors or the Hwy was noticed in the room. The front desk staff was super helpful. The gal went out of her way sharing different restaurants to visit and attractions to see.

The breakfast area is very small and confined with only one table to sit at. We just used a tray to go back to our room. Even though it's small, it was always well stocked and plenty of options for a traditional continental breakfast.

The breakfast was good but no eggs, bacon, etc. The staff people were excellent, They let us take all the snacks we wanted for our fishing trip for the day. We were only 2 blocks from the boat ramp so we were right there to fish in the morning. The room was clean and warm and nice. Awesome views of Flathead lake and the Mission Mountains. Walking distance to the casino which didn't matter to us but was a nice place to go for a cocktail and view the lake and mountains from the top deck. We will definitely come back.

The traffic is pretty heavy during the day and lots of vehicles going by at night. Hwy 93 is a well traveled road between Missoula and Kalispell and we were there around the end of April. Summertime traffic to Glacier park will be a lot worse.

Large room. Freshly remodeled. 2 vanity stations. Backlit mirror on main vanity station a makeup removal washcloth that was black so you didn't stain a white wash cloth. In shower soap/shampoo/conditioner station. A lite quilt on the end of the bed so you could easily cover up for a quick rest w/o tearing apart the bed. Excellent A/C. nice hot water for shower with great pressure. Shower head in ceiling so it truly was over head. Nice color scheme.

Complimentary breakfast started late at 730 am MST should start at 630 and latest 7 am. Only 1 coffee pot with coffee. If you start breakfast so late people are waiting in line for coffee that it is all gone in a hurry. And the desk attendant was assigned to keep breakfast refreshed. But with breakfast starting so late the desk clerk was consumed with checkouts. Really needs a part time breakfast attendant. The breakfast area is TOO small for the number of rooms and guests that you can support on a 100% occupancy night.

Left before breakfast was ready so unable to rate this. Otherwise, we had a recent completely refurnished room (#20) that was nicely done. Very close to Flathead Lake with great views. My wife enjoyed the huge LED mirror with all the lighting adjustments. (downside: the LED buttons make a lot of light at night but a spare pillow can solve that.) Wonderful family run inn and truly a great value for the price.

For management to consider: The new bath/shower is well done however the lack of an actual door allows quite a bit of water to be splashed out when using the shower. The ceiling mounted shower head I believe is meant to be more of a gentle spray. Your high water pressure creates more of a fire hose effect. The floor is rather wet after a shower and I am not a large person. A pressure reduction fitting would solve the fire hose effect.

We loved the location of our room. We had a full kitchen which was awesome, we also had a balcony/porch that overlooked the lake. That was our favorite part. Every morning we ate breakfast on the balcony and every night we had a night cap watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

Honestly there wasn't much we didn't like. The place was very clean, spacious, and great views. If there was something to complain about, it might have been the breakfast, it was a cold breakfast options, but I made my breakfast every morning in our kitchen, so we had a home made breakfast every morning from our full kitchen.

I think the basic but efficient. From conversation with staff the provided options were limited due to some improvements made in the space for breakfast. With that in mind what was provided was well thought out.

The room we had was clean and functional. The space was outdated and had broken trim and dingy grout for the tile. It would be a significant improvement to update the trim and finishes for the space, especially in the bathroom and changing area.

Spacious queen room with 3 chairs and a table! Clean, comfortable, 3 pillows with lots of loft! Generous sized lush towels. Mini fridge with freezer (quiet); sink and counter separate from shower and toilet. Lots of hot water, Continental breakfast was good (hard cooked eggs, bagels, cereal etc. Dining area was clean. Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Quiet even though motel is on the highway. It was nice to be right across from the lake! We spent a second night because we forgot our suitcase (which the staff reported within 30 minutes of check out). To bad we turned our phone off! Thank you for two good nights!

The greeting we received from Kia was truly wonderful. Made us feel special. We had such a bad experience the night before at a hotel, that we were a bit uneasy about this stay as we didn't know the hotel chain. We need not have worried. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake. We hated to leave the room. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through the night which I rarely do. The breakfast was excellent with such a good variety of choices. Something for every breakfast taste.

There was not one thing that we didn't like.
