Breakfast and staff were excellent! The room was quite nice and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean and has good counter space, enough space for a second sink. The decor was clean and classy, but lacked color. In my opinion, color adds life to a space. The staff was excellent! Cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The hot foods were hot, and nice choices of foods and drinks. I loved being able to pour and bake my waffles, and the omelets were great. The tables were large enough to seat comfortably. I noticed two other guests plan their work day and discuss their presentation, with their table supporting all their paperwork nicely. The breakfast area was perfect for both business and leisure gueats. Great way to start the day!

Lighting was not good. The lighting was so low that I could not read from anyplace in the room. There were plenty of lamps, but the bulbs were too low watts. It was hard to enjoy the TV from the couch and chair. Perhaps, move the dresser and desk to the niche where the couch & chair are in, and put the couch and chair near the bed, so one could easily enjoy the TV from both the bed, or the couch or chair. To keep the wall below the TV from looking naked, it could be painted, or better, put a long bench there, to hold multiple suitcases, etc.. It was a very nice room. I'll stay at this BW again.

My stay at Best Western Plus North Las Vegas was great. I come twice a year and the experience is always nice.

There was some confusion about the time my room would be ready. I called at 9:42 am on July 27th and asked what was the best time to call back to check on early check-in. The time given was 12:30 PM; I called at the time given and was told to come on over; my room was ready. Upon arriving, I was greeted with, "It will be 30 minutes before the room will be ready." Finally, just before 3:00 PM, my room was ready. Things happen, and this incident will not prevent me from staying here in the future. I love this place.

Brilliant general manager who really tries to go above and beyond in making this hotel excellent. Big spacious clean room, plenty of facilities in the room and hotel and nice to have tea and coffee facilities available in reception! Free parking was definitely a bonus.

The breakfast options (enforced by Best Western) are extremely sugary and unhealthy. The GM however does offer gluten free GF options as well as porridge.

The comfortable and clean beds, the room was nice and the quiet area without noise ,the customer service provided by the staff they were friendly, thanks😊

The carpet in.the 3rd floor, it needs to be replaced. Maybe it would be better if they changed from carpet to vinyl or laminate flooring

The desk seat staff was amazing, friendly, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. We checked in late at night, and it was very easy and quick. Breakfast was good and available when said! We chose to stay off the strip for a quieter, less busy stay and it was worth the taxi trip costs to the strip and other areas we needed to be. This hotel was clean, quiet, and great stay.

I love how friendly the staff is. Make you feel right at home. They have breakfast. The rooms are great. I love this place.

There's a bit of remodeling going on. So there's some noise early in the morning. And my room only had a hallway light no its dark. Other than that everything is good

Good price and room comfort for a family stay in Vegas

Location is industrial so each day starts with driving away from there and ends with driving there for sleeping.

The staff were very helpful and understanding when we had to amend our plans due our airline misplacing our luggage. We chose this motel due to its location just off I-15 as we were heading north. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We would stay here again.

There is some noise from the nearby train line and the aircon unit in the room was very loud.
