The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Stopped in to catch a minor league baseball game which is only a 5-minute drive away. Pretty good selection available for breakfast.

The pillows are absolutely awful. First of all, I detest these small pillows that seem to be all the rage in hotels nowadays. Not only were these pillows small, they offered absolutely no support. They really need to get some better pillows. If I decide to stay at this hotel next time, I will be sure to bring my own pillow. Water pressure in the shower wasn't all that great

The Lady at the Front Desk as well as the Owners were exceptionally friendly and accomodating! The place was so clean and neat and fresh we were shocked. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious and there is a cute eating area with both tables and booths and a sunroom type of look. The Pool/Jacuzzi were awesome and relaxing and up and running fine. The Game Room was fun with a Billiards Table, Air Hockey as well as variety of cool arcade games for both kids and adults alike. The beds and bedding including pillows were like sleeping on a cloud in heaven. And to boot, the price was well worth it and we felt safe and comfortable there! We would not hesitate to stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you, Jennifer and Gregory Cain

it is a basic hotel (plastic wrapped plastic water cups) but for all that the rooms were quite big with a sofa bed for our teen and great lighting for shares (book lights near beds plenty of plugs and a fridge and microwave) - low end toiletries but good scents! clean room. very cold AC on checking in. for a roadside hotel it was fantastic. breakfast has waffles and eggs and bacon and yogurt and breads. again, basic but plentiful. coffeemaker is pushbutton machine. checkout at noon. good for catching up on sleep.

cold room might have been masking smells? this isn’t a high-end property.

Very clean and spacious well worth the money

Well the hotel was not very full. To be honest, I asked at 2 o'clock the occupancy rate, and it was very low, but they still refused to allow us to check in one hour early We were in town for our grandson's birthday party and asked for a one hour early check so we could put our stuff away and freshen up since we had driven 3 1/2 hours to get there. most times we are accommodated but the staff refused to accommodate us. It was actually very disappointing. . 

The breakfast was wonderful, definitely one of the better ones I have ever had, and the staff, especially I believe Kelly was her name, was very helpful and very nice.

Lol, the plug to plug cords for phones into could be a little easier to get to, it was behind the bed table and the lights were plugged into it, and ended up unplugging it all by mistake then had to try and get to it. Invest in a plug in for the table tops for everyones devices is the one thing I would recommend, and have one on either side of bed too.

Breakfast was good would like hashbrowns added to menu though. But the staff was very prompt at refilling the buffet.

The room next to ours had very loud argumentative people there. Unfortunately, we were not able to change rooms and considered leaving. However, after staff asked them to quiet down they eventually did.The curtains also could not be closed completely which limits privacy and makes sleep more difficult.

It was a very clean room and the staff were very, very friendly. The free continental breakfast spread was delicious! We rented a 2 Queen room with a sofa bed and couldn’t believe the amount of room we had and the room was decorated nicely and was very cozy. There was a pool and fitness room but we didn’t have time to use them. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here next time we are in town again!

Accommodations and breakfast were more than satisfactory. We were in town for a funeral. So, we had family and friends staying at other hotels in immediate vicinity as well - particularly the two Marriotts. It appeared to be the consensus that the Comfort Suites was the better accommodation in the Montage/Airport area.

Honestly, no issues. If we were to offer a suggestion, the patio/seating area outside the rear entrance could be more substantially furnished and made a bit more private, secluded or accommodating. That would place the hotel on a par with all that is offered by the other competing hotels.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff - both desk and housekeeping was helpful. On-floor laundry a nice option - though we didn't use ii. Breakfast options were very nice; fluffy waffles and BACON - kept well-stocked; not just pressed sausage patties. Ample parking. Not bad value for a family of five.

Not much; one of the luggage carts needs maintenance; I inflated one tire - but another on the same cart is off the rim.

Spacious Room, clean, modern/nice decor, terrific bed. very clean tub/shower. easy location. great friendly staff.

We attended a concert at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain. It is only 3 miles away, should have taken maybe 10 minutes to drive from the hotel. We found out there is a massive backup on the small Montage Mountain Road when they have an event; it took us over an hour to get to the entry gates. We learned from locals to the area that this happens with each event. I understand this is not related to the hotel, but if they could give warning to their guests when attending events there, since it is common knowledge in the area, it would be very helpful!!
