The SPA was great warm water, breakfast was okay but not the best, lacked vegetables and vegetarian options. The location was amazing, right in the heart of old town. Beautiful sights.

There was no parking, since it was full. The breakfast had little vegetables and vegetarian options. The hotel room we originally booked smelled of mold and rot, the smell was unbearable. After having to complain to the reception for 40 minutes, we were allowed to switch rooms by paying extra.

Great location, delicious breakfast and good service! Spa zone is not very big, but it has 2 saunas in common are and one in changing rooms, 2 pools (inside and outside). it was nice time here but avoid crowds in peak hours. food was amazing, breakfast buffet included everything that I needed. also, we had dinners at the hotel restaurant and it was great too. we had dolce gusto coffee machine in the room and it was nice.

the room was spacious but the bathroom was too small. very small shower and it was attached to wall without any adjustable option. also, it is not enough hangers inside, or at least I need something to dry my sweatsuits and bathrobes. Just open hangers in the room would solve the problem. Also, it would be nice to have a cream/body lotion in the room and more shower gel.

Although I'm a picky traveller, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way: check in was smooth and quick; I got massage booked instantly; used sauna and heated pools--one inside, another outside (in the morning the entire place was literally just to myself); restaurant--delicious food for dinner (much better options, in my opinion, than what one can get in town), and breakfast--OMG! I have not seen so many options anywhere so far and I have travelled the world. From pancakes, variety of eggs (boiled, fried, made into pastry, with spinach, etc.), cold cut meats, oatmeal, curd, cheeses, herrings and sprats of three (or was it four?) types, cereals, pastries, breads varieties, jams galore (dandelion syrup--yup, they have that! and it's yummy! sea buckhorn, they have that too), peanut butter, chocolate syrup, all kinds of condiments (pickles, pickled beetroots, pickled mushrooms, etc.), fresh vegetables and fruits. Of course, there is also a large choice of coffees and teas. Juice and water as well. The breakfast variety and choices are huge, indeed. Room has excellent pressure shower with shampoo, conditioner, and also very nice (non scented) body lotion. The mirror is high-tech--try pushing a hollow looking circle. ;0) Make sure you try out saunas--three varieties (two near the indoor pool) and one inside women's/men's shower rooms, and their warmed up pools are just a wonderful relaxation. Everything is close by, you don't have to leave hotel to get from your room to indoor room. Hotel also provides free robes (soft as bunny tails ;0). It's honestly one of the best hotels at a great rate (I paid so much more in Hiiumaa and got less than half of the services that this hotel provides). I would stay in this hotel every time I return to Saaremaa!

Walls are thin so one can hear quite well the neighbors (thankfully, mine were quiet).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice room, comfortable beds, nice spa and excellent breakfast and dinner. Good location, walking distance to the castle and restaurants.

The room was a little too warm. The sound-proofing could be better. Keep in mind not to disturb your neighbours. We were not disturbed by any sounds, since our neighbours weren't noicy.

The location is perfect. There are so many bars and restaurants nearby, you can walk through the beautiful, clean and quiet city. Supermarkets are also about 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Spa area is nice, enjoyed the variety of pools and saunas. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable. Extra thanx for queen size bed, that was our special request!

The spa area turned out to be pretty small and very crowded. But you still can catch the moment when there are not so many people there in the morning. Area near jacuzzi wasn't clean enough, we found empty cocktail glasses that were standing there for at least 2 days.

Very good location of the hotel and a kind receptionist. Very varied and tasty breakfast. The SPA is not big, but there are 3 types of saunas and a pool. Also an outdoor pool. The room had a sauna and a well-equipped kitchenette.

I didn't like the living room because it reminded me of a basement. The window could not be opened and the room could not be ventilated. However, there was a path from the street to the hotel entrance right next to the window itself, and people passed by there from time to time. The SPA was a steam room that would have really benefited from some herbal or pine needle aroma.

A pleasant, quiet hotel, maybe because we were in the off-season. very good location, pleasant staff. The room was clean and very warm. The bed is comfortable. a small but nice Spa area with a few saunas, a jacuzzi and two pools, the water in the pool is warm, you can order a drink or a snack right there. potatoes with parmesan cheese were the bomb 🤩 Great selection for breakfast and very tasty. we were very satisfied. when we go again we will definitely know where to stay☺️

there was no drinking water in the room, which would have been nice. and the TV did not work, it showed weak or no signal.

Amazing central location of the hotel, in a walking distance to shops, cafes and the castle. Rooms have modern design and very spacious. Also SPA included in the price which is nice.

Breakfast was average, no omelet or bacon, also vegetable options were limited. Cleaning personal didn't actually clean the room; they might replace some of your towels. There are no separate towels for using at SPA, nor they are provided at the reception, so you have to use the only one you have in your room, which is not ideal.

Very friendly staff both in the reception and at the breakfast table - made us feel very welcome. We received a free upgrade to the superior room: as we learned on site that the standard rooms are located in a different building (heads up, I did not notice that at the moment of booking), this was very much appreciated. Breakfast is excellent and spa is small yet very cosy, especially when not crowded.

The room was comfortable and spacy, but there seemed to be no ventilation and huge lack of air in the room. The only option was to sleep with the window open (not the most convenient thing to do with really cold weather). The temperature in the room was also very high with no option to regulate it at all.

Restaurant offered good quality food. Spa, despite, it was small - was charming. Very busy after 6pm, but almost empty at 9AM :) so go to spa with kids on the morning

Really small double room, recommend to choose superior, of family in case of travelling with kids as we. Take your towels as it is not enough for spa and daily shower with those - hotel provided :) Overloaded breakfast after 9AM, go earlier.
