we had a great stay here. good parking, a 10min walk to the main street. beautiful view from the room. very soft and fluffy bathrobes. comfortable bed. amazing breakfast (they had almond milk and decent coffee). pool and sauna are open from 9am - 9 pm, wellness from 5pm. this stay was incredible value for money. sea view, breakfast and spa access included in the price for less than 70e/night. some thong were annoying us but would stay here again.

no fridge and no table in the room. only one chair in the double room. no sheets available for the sauna, only tiny towels available in the pool area. our room (216) was above the smoking area so we had to keep closing the window when someone was smoking.

The location is excellent. The spa is very nice, with jacuzzi and several different saunas and pools.

For this money (like 140 euros pro night) the room is too modest and poor equipped. The design is too formal, you feel no hospitality, like in the simple dormitory. At least some pictures on the walls, tea and coffee facilities would be fair to suggest to the guests. There is a robe for spa, but no home shoes, at least simple cheap ones… very strange. And you should arrange more tables in the breakfast room and the second coffee machine. To wait for the table and after that in the line for coffee is not very helpful for the mood in the beginning of the day…

SPA zone was lovely very nice looking. There are 4 different type of saunas. One shower had a nice features (tropical rain, carribian storm, cool fog and spring rain). Swimming pool, jacuzzi etc..

We had a Superior Double room which in our opinion was not superior at all. There are no kettel in the room and no fridge (also it's not in a room description therefore we are not complaning ). Shower room was out of date despite was clean. We have noticed some areas in the hotel was referbished as looked as new. Such as reception, lounge, corridors but not the room itself. Overall we had a good stay.

Our hotel room was with a view of the sea. You can use spa unlimited time (full spa from 17.00, in the morning only swimming pool and one sauna). Nice breakfast and also had option of nut milk. Billiard option for extra pay.

Unfortunately, there was no minibar and shampoo/lotion in the room. While the reception, spa and other public space look renovated, the room was a bit dated, especially bathroom.

Breakfast was good, hopefully next time little more vegetarian choices. Room with balcony was spacious and full of light. The hotel was very quiet, almost no sounds at all from other rooms. Location is nice.

We stayed 4 nights, but our room was cleaned only once. One day we even put the please clean the sign on the door handle, but only thing happened was that towels were taken and not replaced with new. So we went to reception at 9.pm to ask new ones and also that they could empty trash bin and wipe floor. We got other towels, but never the floor towel for bathroom. Room was wiped and trashes taken, but cleaning lady was rude. Also would been nice to have fan in the room, because room temperature was 27 to 32 Celsius degrees.

Breakfast ok. Gym, location, room ok.

Poor spa, alot of different saunas, but all were not hot enough for us at least, hottest "100 c" didn't feel hot enough for us.. could sit forever in there.. steam sauna was nice,, but again not hot enough.. no air conditions in rooms.. had to keep window open at night and we woke up many times from outside music and noises in our 2 night stay. No fridge in superior rooms. For that price would had hoped bit more.

Good location, nicely renovated interior. Very pleasant spa and sauna area. Great breakfast.

As we stayed there in a hot summer weather, it would have been great to have an air conditioner. Room was too hot. Also a great bonus in a room would have been having a mini fridge and hotel slippers for the comfort and going to the spa.

Breakfast was really varied and was great regardless of the time we went there. The spa (pool and sauna) were really great additions to achieve superb value for money! Really great location close to the centre of the city, walking distance to all the historical sites. It’s really great to visit Saaremaa in the off-season, plus being there during Saaremaa food festival was extra special.

Cleanliness of the room was mildly dubious (or maybe the carpet was just coloured to look not the cleanest in the world and was actually clean?) The shower head was impossible to fixate (the mechanism kept slipping).

The room was spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast they offer is very good and has a wide selection. We really appreciated that they had plant and lactose free milk available for our morning coffee. The SPA is very nice, recently renovated. This hotel is pet friendly, which is lovely. The sea view from the room is very nice. There is a rather large parking lot available. We would certainly stay here again! Thanks!

The hotel is located in a perfect area of the city in a short walking distance of everything. The common areas look fresh and modern. The breakfast was very tasty but the selection of hot foods could’ve been a bit bigger. The SPA area is compact but was very comfortable to navigate with a small child.

We had booked a room with a double bed and a baby cot but were first given a room with three single adult beds. The reception fixed it though and gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Some of the rooms are a bit worn down since only half of the rooms have been renovated. The balcony could’ve been cleaner and had spider webs on the ceiling.
