A spacious apartment in a quiet location with the possibility to use the pool on the first floor

One of the rooms did not have a wardrobe, so all the clothes had to be placed on the floor. We could not use the dishwasher because there were only two pieces of dishwashing powder. The apartment was booked for four people for two nights. We could not afford to wash the dishes only once a day, because there were only six plates, six cups, six forks, etc. There was nowhere to take the garbage out of the apartment, so it piled up in the apartment.

It’s in a perfect place with a perfect view. It was clean and everything needed for a longer stay is there. Bed was comfortable.

It was overall clean but some things could be changed, some tiles in the bathroom for example. Couch wasn’t very comfortable! Also when I asked what time the spa is open the receptionist told me from 9-21. I was very disappointed when on my last day I went to the spa at 9am to see that the sauna part only opens at 17 o’clock. She should’ve mentioned that because one of the reasons I came to the spa were the different spas and I couldn’t even use them.

Sauna inthe bathroom was just fantastic! View through windows very nice. Good saunas in spa area. Too crowdy though.

Coffee machine is either too outdated or too specific - we could not get coffee pads compatible - should be global brand coffee maker like nespresso or dolce gusto. Smell i the coridor was not pleasant, shoukd be improved. Party inthe restaurant and music was just terrible experience the last night- which was btw the most expensive one. Son literally was jumping offf the pillow half of the night.

Very good spacious and clean appartment. We got everything we needed - towels (for rooms and spa), robes. Staff is friendly and reacts to your questions promptly. Spa is also nice, though spa zone only opens at 5pm on weekdays, but it is very big and nice. Location is perfect - and the view from balcony is amazing!

The only misalignment was that when we came the room they gave was was not clean. But then they very quickly gave us another room, so no worries there.

Great location, private entrance. Friendly staff at the reception. Apartment is really cozy and looks like in the photos. Clean and spacious. Kitchen area has kitchen stove, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. If you add a microwave, it will be perfect. Big windows and view is beautiful. Spa access is included in the price.

Noisy fridge; pillows a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom itself (floors, sink, mirrors) was very clean, but there was someone’s hair in the bathroom drain which was really disgusting.

Location, the size of the room and facilities. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth, everything done online.

There is a code for outside door, though if I go through the hotel - then door between hotel and suites are without code. The big shower in bathroom requires maintenance. It is not clear which wi-fi network to choose - it indicates only password. On Friday and Saturday there were no towels in the SPA (and no information about this - like, use your own towel or smth) - so I went wet back to the room.

The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4 people. Beds were very comfy (neither too soft, nor too hard). It was clean, with a nice view from a balcony. Value for money. The hotel has a nice, brand new pool area.

Kitchen could be equipped with more tools, like vegetable/fruits peeler, tools for preparing and cooking pancakes. I also lacked kitchen towel and basic spices, like salt/pepper + sugar. Families with kids need to take into account, that this hotel doesn`t have a pool for small kids. The pool (which is nice and new) is ~1,4 m deep.

Nice clean modern room. Quite sparse furniture and decorations but it was ok for me. Fantastic food at the adjoining Meri Spa Hotel restaurant. Location and views were great too next to the sea and views to the castle and boat marina. Plenty of free parking.

No microwave. Quite loud noise from the bedroom heating element (even though heating was not not on, probably air in its water circulation). No air-conditioning so can get a bit hot during summer.

A great place to enjoy a leisurely vacation with family and friends. It is important to me that the hotel is pet-friendly, although I would prefer more reasonable pricing for pets' stay.

During Christmas, there was a noticeable lack of holiday decorations in the hotel and in the room, which diminished the festive atmosphere.

Good location, not too much people during off - season, so the SPA wasnt that full, witch is good. Breakfest for 15 EUR, good. Nice pool table room for usage - 8 EUR/h. Also used the wellnes center, got reservation the next day, - starting from 32 eur for an half an hour.
