staff is excellent all over the place! Food is nice in the pub and worth the money. SPA is pretty good but lacks from that very feeling. Good overall. Parking could be for free to guests! Very happy with food and the pricing to it. Very tasty!

SPA lacks a better feeling. Room is good but you get cigarette smoke from all over in to the room if you open balcony or window. Not Hotels fault but they need to chase those smokers to other place! Breakfast need to improve. A lot of things were out from time to time. Not so many choices.

Going with the kids to the SPA then this is currently the best choice in Estonia i dare to say. Sauna part is large with many pools and saunas. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Waterpark side has, visited only by kids, was ranked high as well. Feedback was that it has many different slides. In between of Sauna and Waterpark is good cafe to have milk cocktail and some food. Food and cocktails in local Pub were very good. Breakfast was plentiful.

Would recommend to install more electrical car charges in parking area and have more options for charging suppliers and add more powerful charges for fast charging.

Saunas/steam rooms: good variety. Very dicent gym (with one of the best views on your Treadmile/rowing boat) . Romantic garden chef performed real superb!!! recommend to try!!! and restorant/bar/pub staff did well as well!

Saltcumber (despite all attempts to address all senses) was rather boring... (of course, I could not evaluate all goodness we got!). Nordic walk pools (for you morning walk on the beach) could be a rent item (might be my mistake, as those were not advertised at least...).A (touristic) magnet with Nooruse image could be on the display (not just generic Narva hand-made staff).

Private location. Feels like you really have traveled somewhere far, but you are still in Estonia. No fences on property, feels like you are really in a forest and the magical beach is just next to facility. The activities i tried in water resort were enjoyable and the suite room was excellent.

If buffet and breakfast place would be separated, it would be really nice. Nothing bad, but couldn't quite figure out where one ends and another begins:) And it’s water resort, more drinking water machines ;) And more drinking water bottles in rooms :)

Noorus is the best hotel in Narva-Joensuu, with the best breakfast, beds and waterpark! This will be my first option to choose from, when I am back.

spa is the main reason to stay in this hotel outside of the 'peak season': clean, different types of saunas and pools, very relaxing atmosphere; very good restaurant with reasonable pricing, good service, friendly staff; perfect location on the sea shore; very fresh and healthy air among the pine trees

was surpised not to find free of charge drinkable water at the spa (it usually a must in Estonian spa/saunas), one socket in the room (in bathroom) was not properly insulated; room temperature could not be adjusted (was a bit chilly in the room)

June 2023

Location, cleanliness inside and outside, size of the family room, aquapark. Extended our stay for two nights, by a simple and quick coordination with the front desk. *** And the World needs to know about a russian speaking lady cleaner, who may have been a Real superhero without knowing it for one of the babies who lost their pacifier somewhere around the playroom area (the one on the second floor), on the 21st of June 2023 evening. Some staff could simply pass by without noticing it, or blame the day and their bad mood kicked it in the corner somewhere, or simply picked it...well, just to throw it in the nearest bin. But not her! Not only did she find it on the floor, she started her little investigation with polite courtesy trying to find out whose pacifier it might be, asking other mums around the play area, and guess what? She found her "suspect mum" like Sherlock would, she then made an effort to run downstairs no matter what (probably leaving her post), like a superhero, running quite a distance I must say, finally giving the pacifier to the mummy whose baby dropped it. But that's not it! She then returned back upstairs, and thanked people who helped her. That's the thing you rarely see, like anywhere in the world, from French Riviera to Fiji...this lady(!), regardless of the often unnoticed "cleaner" role, she is the one playing the key role, perfectly justifying our willingness as a family to return to this hotel again next year. No Ads or any money in the world would do that, trust me. It's the people, and how they act, making these wonderful little miracles part of their everyday life and work routine. Now..what is it, that is so important in a pacifier which costs at best €15 or so you may ask? Nah...trust me, only mums and dads who had a sleepless night or a few nights to make it worse just because their baby lost their favourite toy, or their favourite night time pacifier would get it.

Most of the staff were all friendly and helpful enough, but could do better with smiling and greeting guests (a simple "hello" with a smile would do), even when passing by. It's not a big deal doing so for them, but creates a welcoming atmosphere and the guests are more willing to return in future. A textbook stuff, but it really is a basic and working small thing. But certainly this feedback is not about all. Overall, the culture of smiling and keen politeness is slowly making its way, I guess thanks to the hotel Management reminding the staff about the importance of it, rewarding the team for following this basic team rule :)

It surprises me, local people, how can they survive in such circumstances and produce such a wonderful product? Well done, we will definitely come again. The spa is wonderful, there are few people on the beach.

For some reason, many of the monuments indicated on the maps are not actually there. Unseasonably warm blankets

The hotel is located at the seaside and has a nice view. The rooms are specious and have all one one needs. The SPA area is good, having many options. The hotel is clean and staff kind.

Breakfast doe not meet the expectations, Very little options for those who are cautious about what they eat, i.e healthy. The porridge was awful. The car parking is not free any more. 24h. is 5 eur during the summer season, so one must be ready to pay extra. As the hotel is located away from the public transportation options car is a must.

Quiet hotel with spa on the beach. Nice staff. We stayed during weekdays in January, almost empty hotel. Breakfast is not super fancy, but has everything you need. Bar and restaurant prices are not very high. Spa in good but could be overcrowded on weekends.

Hotel is a bit dated. Facilities are pretty basic. OK for a weekday stay but not sure about weekends when prices are almost double. Located in the middle of nowhere. Nothing within walking distance.
