The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke Estonian as well. The room was spacious. It was easy to park in front or back of the hotel. Good location. There was decent breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The "double bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, so we could not sleep together, really. TV remote was broken. Although the staff was kind to provide new batteries, they lasted for about an hour. The TV picture was blurry. Noise from other rooms is coming loudly through the walls. The coffee machine in the restaurant needs adjustments - hot chocolate doesn't fit in the biggest cups provided.

Hotel is located in the center of the city which is very nice. Having a spa is good for a relaxing stay. Either you can buy a ticket to the common spa for a small fee of 15eur per person or you can book a room which has a private sauna for yourself. Lunch and dinner is available to order if you want which makes your stay more convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

Corridor of the floor was smelling bad, the carpet had a lot of stains which might be making that smell, good if the carpet gets replaced soon. Cleanliness of the room was perfect. Nothing to complain there. I wish if the breakfast buffet had a bigger variety too.

The daily breakfast buffet was descent for what you pay for. It was the same every day, but I can't complain- the porridge was delicious! They also had scrambled eggs, cereal, pastries, toast. The coffee machine was also good. The location is EXCELLENT. A five minute walk from the five-krooner viewing platform and from the promenade. I can imagine in the summer the promenade/beach gets very busy. The hotel is really in the center of things, everything was very walkable from here. We didn't use it, but the new spa also looked good.

There really isn't much to complain about. The hotel restaurant only had one real vegetarian meal option- it was ok, but there were plenty of other places around to eat at.

Very centrally located. I got a free-of-charge upgrade! Breakfast included. Very nice and helpful administrators.

1/ The room key (room 2010) did not work and I had to ask administrator to open my door each time! :( 2/ No air conditioning, only a fan was available 3/ Lots of blood-eating mosquitos in the room; luckily I had a fumigator with me 4/ Many guests and only a few tables in the breakfast room 5/ Sauna facilities not included in the package 6/ Finally, a bit pricy option for Narva.

Location is amazing and the reception staff are excellent. Room was generally comfortable.

The shower is a disaster and I think it should be a priority to fix not only for guest comfort but to also prevent mould forming in the walls during winter. 1) The shower is in a corner with only 2/3rds of a metre of glass separating it from the adjacent toilet. Consequently water splashes everywhere and steam is not confined or adequately directed. 2) The extractor fan is weak and situated above the toilet rather than near the shower. Consequently you need to air the bathroom into the bedroom with its window open for a couple of hours (this is unlikely to be adequate in colder weather).

I arrived late from Ivangorod and didn't have any accommodation. I booked this hotel last minute and I don't regret it. The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly and the best thing about my stay was the breakfast. So many options available, I was full for the whole day 😁

It was a bit expensive, but maybe because I booked last minute. The rental apartments in Narva are much better value in my opinion, but that's not an option if you urgently need a room at midnight.

The young lady at reception, so sorry I cannot remember her name, is extremely welcoming. What a smile! The hotel has a full spa with sauna and jacuzzi which two of our party enjoyed using. Breakfast was varied and very good, and is served in a very comfortable and spacious room on the ground floor. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the beautiful esplanade and parks.

Greetings on reception were good. Thank you! Good spacious room, but the hotel should withdraw "River view" claim as the river is a long way off and can barely be found! Park View with trees or car park would be more accurate! I was given a room with a mini balcony, which was not expected and appreciated! The Russian caste can also be clearly be seen, but not a river! Good varied breakfast. Do try the Moos or in English jam. It was fabulus, full of whole black currents( which I grow in, uk) but not too sweet. I had two helpings on the excellent muslie and yoghurt!

The hotel is located close to everything! The receptionist was super friendly and kind. The hotel smelled so good and cozy and the breakfast was super worth it. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Europe. The room had a mini bar, the bed was big and comfortable. .

The shower area was small but manageable, but this really seems to be a European standard
