Room was cozy, had everything I needed for one night stay. Liked the spa area, we stayed there several hours. Breakfast tasted good and had great variety. Friend’s husband forgot swimming clothes, but luckily they sold at the property, they had several colours and numbers even for big guys.

- It is August and 23 degrees outside. With that kind of weather second floor, my room and my friend’s room had a lack of air in this facility - but the positive thing was, we could open windows. - No discount for booking the room just for one person. Positive side is that it’s one of the cheapest spas in the area.

Good and hearty breakfast, lots of choices. The rooms are modern and the bathrooms are in good condition. There is enough space in the parking lot. The spa also offers ample space and a variety of options, both in the saunas and in the different types of bubble baths. About a 15-minute walk to the city centre.

Long and winding corridors to the spa, including stairs. People coming to the spa should wash themselves more carefully before going to the spa!

We often visit parnu and our choice of hotel is the Viiking spa. Fantastic facilities and would certainly come back and recommend. But next time we will take a standard room in the main building rather than the apartment.

This time we booked the apartment, what we didn’t know is that the apartment is not part of the main building and is a 3/5min walk down the street. This isn’t convenient when going to and from the pool/ spa area particularly with a baby. Furthermore, the room was full of spiders and cobwebs. We got the feeling that it hadn’t been used in some time.

This SPA is very interesting for kids because of its style. SPA area looks like a cave with very interesting solutions for swimming. It is a bar here also, so you can get something for a drink. Hotel located in very nice area, it is a little bit away from crowded area with tourists so it is nice to walk around and enjoy the silence. Also this place is so nice for runners. Parking also is available, and it doesn't cost much.

The room I had was ok, but it looked like it is a time to fresh up the interior. Also in room I had, there was no AC, so already starting with early morning it was too hot there.

This was the most amazing spa experience I've ever had and I've been to many in Germany, NZ , USA . The range of saunas and pools is superb. I particularly like the Japanese pool and the Igloo on the roof. I booked because of the snow sauna and it was incredible. We were also able to book treatments at the hotel. The communication was outstanding and when we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm so pleased I found this hotel it was the highlight of our trip to Estonia

That this hotel is not in the UK so I could go all the time!!

Spa was wonderful, kids play room was nice and great, communication was easy and clear, this time room wasn’t so clean- under the bed and sofa was something after confetti, bathroom was a bit messy, and the beds was a bit old and lived they’re lives, so that’s why the price was a bit high for the room. Breakfast and dinner was a bit old fashioned and low standards, that’s why too expensive. Maybe you would like to see a opportunity for a new chef, because for this price there’s a lot of chances to build a new menu. Bet we enjoyed it anyway, and we’re going to come back sometime. Have a wonderful new year!!!

It’s all in the first question:)

I really liked the spa area, you can see it´s freshly renovated, many saunas, swimming area, jacuzzies etc. Staff at the front desk was really friendly, explaining us how to get to our part of the building and from the room to the spa. Sparkling wine and beer included in the junior suite price was a surprise even though the selection of the sparkling wine is questionable..

from a junior suite you would expect a little more... coziness. It felt a bit empty or plain ("kõle" is the word in Estonian). Maybe some textiles would do some magic (carpets or some paintings on the wall). I could see some standard rooms that were cleaned and door was open, and some of them felt more nice even smaller and no extra facilities like sauna or bath. But over all a good quality-price ratio. Suggestion - in case you have sparkling wine included in the junior suite price, please change the wine! Sovetskoje Polisladkoje isn´t a good joice to serve to the customers even for free. :) or aren´t mid-aged couples your normal type of guests and the majority usually appreciates the wine.

Everything was perfect, beautiful and pleasant as always. Except of one tiny thing (see below). Nevertheless we stay frequent visitors of the Hotel and SPA and are planning to come back many times.

All the showers in the SPA except the only one have an unpleasant feature. They are switched on by pressing a knob. This wouldn't be a problem but water flow stops just after a few seconds (4 to 6) so you have to press the knob permanently, many times in order to use a shower for washing yourself. I think it should be improved. Switching off time of the showers could be at least 25 to 30 seconds as it is in other places.

The top asset of this hotel are the SPA facilities to which guests have direct access, which is indeed a very good SPA for couples and families recreation. The fridge in the room was quite handy. The hotel is at short walking distance to the city centre and Pärnu beach.

The hotel facilities in general seem a bit outdated. The room I got was okay, though a bit small for twin beds. No air conditioner, no kettle available. The parking lot of the hotel is paid for, although not expensive.

We (family of 3 people) stayed in the hotel's apartment: 2 mins walk from the main reception and 1 min walk from the spa. It was spacious, very clean and quiet. Important for a longer stay: there is a small nice kitchen with all needed and a washing machine. The SPA was great! A good variety of saunas, baths, and rest areas to try out and relax.

The hotel doesn't offer a shampoo/conditioner/body lotion set as a standard. It's only soap in the bathroom. Remember to take your own! :)
