Hotel gives luxurious vibes. It has water features, carpets and bling. Even the cheapest room was nice and it had great beds. We also enjoyed breakfast and nice waterpark with view of a medieval church! Location in the centre of Rakvere was good. There was huge parking area at the front of the hotel and multiple restaurants and shops at the short walking distance.

It was low season, so it can effect some things, those are just a minor cons. Water park bar had little bit lack of ingredients, there was quite noisy construction going on near somewhere and it woke me up early. It would be also great to have some more instructions in the room about using the waterpark and paying with wristband.

It was an unexpected and delightful twist to the morning routine. The flavors were diverse, and the quality of the ice cream exceeded my expectations. It's not every day that you get to start your day with such a sweet treat! In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and unexpected delights. The spa, pools, clean rooms, and the delectable ice cream breakfast made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and enjoyable getaway.

Despite an overall enjoyable stay at this hotel, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences in the room. Specifically, one of the bathroom bulbs flickered intermittently, and the lighting around the mirror was non-functional. While these issues didn't significantly impact my experience, addressing them would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest satisfaction. I trust that the attentive hotel staff will promptly attend to these matters. Nevertheless, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall positive impression of my stay. The spa was not very large but the sauna center compensated for that short coming. It was comfortable enough to be there with a toddler, all the necessary extras like baby pool floaty were provided. The breakfast was very good, a very solid selection with a few surprises like two different fresh fish to choose from along with a choice of ice cream. The location of our room was very good, we only had 20 steps to get into the spa. Did not have to use a elevator or anything so that was very convenient.

The mattress on the bed was a bit too soft, it felt like you were sinking in the bed. The rooms tend to be on the small side, would be nice if they were a little bit bigger. Coffee amounts should be bigger so you don't have to run multiple times for coffee. Toddler chairs could be a bit more updated so that toddlers of all ages can sit in them comfortably.

Rooms look fresh, there is enough sockets for your devices. Spa is roomy and has everything that you would need. What was really exceptional - kids playroom. Now this was a very big room with a good playground, a trampoline, TV and clean fresh toys. With kids this place is amazing.

Well, not all of the saunas are open in the morning. But they could be open at lunch time. Salt and infrared saunas could be accessed after 15. But in total it is worth the price

The general facilities of the hotel were excellent, and I found the price-quality ratio to be adequate in that regard. However, considering the room size and quality (please see below), I believe there is some room for improvement.

Unfortunately, the room felt quite small for three adults. It was a bit cramped, which made it difficult for us to move around comfortably. Additionally, the extra bed provided was not very comfortable. It could benefit from a topper to improve its comfort level.

We were traveling with a 1.6 year old toddler and I must say that the whole premise is very well thought through and child friendly. There is a playroom just next to the breakfast area, very convenient connection from the rooms to the SPA area and generally the hotel is located in a good spot so you can easily have a daytime stroll in the city and then be back at the hotel without any hassles. So you can just check-in, change into bathrobe and forget about the outside world for a few days. The swim area also has plenty of swimgear available for children of all ages for free, so you don't have to worry about taking your own swimming ring or such. For parents to relax, there is a very nice sauna area with something for all tastes. More grown up kids can spend their time in the big-fun-pool, outdoor pool or the slide.

Good location. Helpful staff everywhere in reception, restaurant and spa. Cozy rooms, everything what you need is there. Free parking close to hotel. Number of different saunas is spa.

Plastic trees in juniper sauna was awful experience. Wine list by glass should be improved, please remove low priced supermarket wines from it.

Very nice place to stay, I didn't like the fact that at reception you speak English, though girls understand Russian (as we were speaking between in Russian), the rest was very good, the food in the restaurant as well, massage was nice, and the spa in general was quite good)

Not all people who speak Russian are coming from Russia, even though there should no any discrimination on the Language.

This is our 2nd stay and everything was really nice! Good amenities and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good selection. Location is also very good, right in the centre, worth taking a walk around after relaxing spa experience. Would recommend and hope to be back soon!

There was no possibility to regulate AC from the room and the room was pretty chilly. We have asked the reception though and it has been disabled for our room, but in the morning it started again (possibly automatically)

The entire stay was amazing! Staff was very friendly, everything was clean. Spa itself was sooo relaxing, loved the saunas, especially the juniper sauna. Location of the hotel was really good, all the sights and dining spots were really close. Breakfast pancakes were the best ones I’ve had so far in my life.

The only fault was that one of our room cards didn’t work properly in the elevator.
