Room was spacious, nice pool with excellent view. Staff was readily available to help with luggage.

The pool was dirty with creepy piles of worms. Too much staircases to the Room, the outside of the hotel looks neglected with dirty walls.

Buffet meals aren’t nearly as good as they used to be. Sad options for vegetarians. Been to Mountain View many times over the years and never had to mention I was vegetarian. Plenty of options available. Unfortunately this visit ( since sale of hotel) not so

The reception was good, same as the bar service. Thanks to George who served us on Sunday morning. We'll most likely book the same hotel next year.

The rooms were recently painted, which left the paint smell still fresh. It wasn't a good experience. We didn't have a fridge in the room.

Location what a amazing view, friendly helpful staff, room comfortable, buffet breakfast excellent included in room price, and the management help to refund a night stay when I decided to leave early. 😀

Carpet are not taken good care of. Wi-Fi connection also not good. I think they should also have a map that will show the tourists what is interesting and the places to visit in their Country.

I liked the friendly staff and their croissant. The croissant were nice and fresh.

The effort the most of the staff make to me our stay pleasant and comfortable. As it was Easter long weekend, a small surprise Easter egg for our son was the highlight for the day. He still asks where is the aunty that makes food and give him Easter eggs. Unfortunately I forgot her name, she is short and worked over the Easter weekend. Tell her we still appreciate her efforts and care.

Some of the Night staff by reception/gate need some motivation while others are so alert. If you arrive late, lights boom gate is closed, you must get off the car and open for yourself, lights at reception off and door closed, at times even locked. On two occasions, the guy just unlocked while on the other two or more, the other guys would unlock, open the doors and switch lights on too.

The location is good, can't comment much on breakfast, Since I am a vegetarian and only had bread and butter in the breakfast

breakfast was just okay; but having the same thing next day was not so nice. Had a nice mountain view from the restaurant.
