Excellent location, everything to see in Oulu is within walking distance. Good breakfast. There was even cook making omelettes by order. Dinner at restaurant was excellent. Good food with Lapland twists. Friendly and helpful staff. There´s also spa with sauna and swimming pool. That´s actually why we chose this hotel. There´s also two good beaches with easy access. Nallikari by seaside that´s accessible by bus and Tuira beach by river, within walking distance through park and over the dam.

Occasionally there wasn´t enough towels at spa. Had to fetch towels from our room. It´s not a big deal, but if towel´s are provided, staff should make sure that there´s enough of them. Lounge music was bit monotonous. Some kind of modernized versions of Lapland´s joiku songs. I´m into folk metal and archaic pagan music so I actually liked it, but there could be more variation, as joiku´s are probably not every body´s cup of tea.

Very nice hotel very close to the city centre. Many bus stops nearby and many attractions in walking distance. There is a luggage room to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Surprisingly, we were able to spontaneously check in very early even though we did not book early check in. The staff was always super nice and helpful.

The toppers of the bed kept slipping off the bed which was a little annoying. Also for my personal preference the temperature of the pool was a little too cold.

The room is great, breakfast and the location too. Paid parking 15 eur per 24 hours

if you need to put smth in the fridge, you need to take the elevator to the basement floor, use the code for the padlock and use the fridge 1 for the whole hotel. The bike rent is 25 eur for 1 min-to 8 hours. I wanted to go for 1 hour bike ride, but 50 eur for 2 bikes for 45 min - 1 hour is about the cost of buying this bike

The Hotel was laying perfect, to the planned activities that I had, The restaurant was really good for dinner at least, I will admit, I never got to taste breakfeast, but it probaly would have been wonderfull too...

The pillows I wasn't to fond of, and the aircondition in the room was abit noisy and didnt find a place to turn em off, I will admit, I never really went talking to them at the frontdesk about it, so they might have been able to help if I had..

The breakfast was rich and excellent. We also tried the menu - A bit expensive, but a great place to try Scandinavian delicacies! The room was very comfortable, modern, and quiet. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is within a walking distance from the railway station and the city center, so location was very convenient for us because we were traveling by train. Still a peaceful place and you can have a walk in Ainola park which starts right from the doorstep.. Overall, we had a lovely stay and can warmly recommend the place.

Sauna section is divided to ladies and gentlemen so you can't do sauna as a a couple. Rooms don't have mini bars or fridges.

Was quite disappointed with the hotel when I checked in. Seemed in one isolated orner of town and a bit dingy and not well lit and a rather cold reception while Checking in. Honestly the attentive and warm welcoming attitude of Heidi , turned around my impression completely. Had an excellent 3 course Lapland fell menu well served by an enthusiastic Jertta who made this meal a memorable experience. Kudos to the staff at the restaurant for being so customer centric - would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip.

Location is great, staff are very helpful, rooms are nice. Breakfast is versatile and delicious.

Room temperature could not be adjusted. There was a digital thermostat in the room, but any attempts to adjust failed. I found the room temperature (23°C) too high. Luckily our room window opened and could let the cool air in.

This time I was provided with a quiet room as requested.

Hairdryer. I should have taken my own this time. This hotel used to have very good ones before. Almost every time I have been ignored by the coffee service at the breakfast. They should have installed a coffee machine and a hot water thermos, if their personnel is not able to timely follow where to bring coffee pot.

Caring personnel this time. Comfortable and stylish as usually.

Had to ask for a proper hairdryer again this time again, but they provided me one nicely again. They used to have very good ones normally last year. I did not manage to make the iron work. A cigarette but was detected on the staircase close to my room.
