The room was designed by someone who has actually stayed in many hotel rooms. Exceptional. Airy, practical, stylish for this price point.

Locating the hotel and it’s parking garage by car is tough. A maze of one-way streets. Access to the garage by driving through a pedestrians only street. Excellent breakfast but restaurant is noisy with a school diner vibe.

The location is great. The breakfast was really nice, not so standard. As there were room available I was managed to make early check in, that was great.

The service is the restaurant ( first floor) was too slow, In any case, the food was delicious.

Breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable. Sauna area was also quite good even though it did not have any outside access.

We asked for a high floor room expecting to get a nice view, but we only had a view of some pipes, which made it rather feel that we were on the ground floor. The courtside should be tidied up, as it looks awful and dirty. That could be made into a nice kind of garden feature.

I was provided with a very quiet room according to my request. Good air conditioning.

Heavy cigarette smell in the reception bobby, not acceptable for this level of hotel. Lights in the bathroom switching automatically off after a couple of minutes. You have to manage almost in the dark in the shower. In general the lighting and mirrors in the bathroom are not convenient at all.

I really loved the room. And especially loved that they considered our wish a room with a bath! Definitely recommend!

Everything was nice

I travelled during bad snow storm. I would have liked something to wear to avoid walking bare foot in the room.

Installations were very modern. Staff very friendly. How the sauna works is something very new to me, it really surprised me, and the detail of the oil for the feet was very nice. I would totally recommend or come back here.

I've been in different Sokos hotels many times and I think that this might be the best one yet. I was offered a new renovated room next to street or more quiet room from the sixth floor. I took the quiet one. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was old fashioned but they are going to renovate every room. I had two pillows and a good blanket. I could easy change the room temperature from the panel on the wall. There was a big TV and a minibar. Breakfast was tasty and you have a lot of different options. Renovated restaurant looked great.

Beautifully designed rooms, aesthetically pleasing. Great location and pet friendly. Dedicated floor with rooms that allow dogs + they give dogs a welcome bag.
