First the reservation processing was extremely fast and the staff were very professional and welcoming. The lobby had a very warm feeling, waiting area was great nicely decorated. The room was perfect. It had an apartment type feeling. Had alot of amenities, cozy for myself and my family and very clean. The shower was perfect well insulated and nice shower head. Overall I was able to relax with my family and enjoy the area with all the restaurants close by. My family have stayed in a good amount of hotels from Washington to Vegas, San diego, montana just to name a few (expensive hotels sometimes) and this has been the best hotel and welcoming staff we had the pleasure to meet. Only complaint I have is we couldn't stay longer.

Wish we had more days to stay there but we will be back on our way home.

Staff was excellent; friendly; truly concerned and dedicated to making guests happy. The fresh fruit on the breakfast was great! Trees and landscaping was very nice. There was no noise from the Interstate which was very close, very quiet and comfortable.

Getting to and from the surrounding businesses and Interstate was a little confusing and inconvenient. Pool was a little dirty but the spa was perfect.

I like the spacious room of two beds and a trundle. The air conditioner unit. the breakfast. It was clean and roomy and easily accessible

1. I did not like that even though there is a trundle Bed and the reservation was for 3 guests there was not extra linen, comforter and pillow available for the 3rd person in the closet. Good thing he had his sleeping bag 2. Paying $10 for parking is outrageous. There is plenty of parking and not many options to park outside. It should be included and not extra

What's not to like? No complaints. I felt very comfortable at the Springhill Suites and definitely coming back, Everytime I travel I will be looking forward to staying here again.

As soon as I was walked into the hotel, the property was clean. The room was room I stayed in was well put together and clean. During breakfast, the area was kept clean throughout.

During my stay, there was some kind of soccer tournament and the kids that stayed at there were noisy.

The breakfast was good but the breakfast menu should add waffles.

Rooms should be cleaned after you are away for the day without going to the desk and requesting for the room to be cleaned. Other than that, service is excellent.

This is my SECOND time staying here from Sun. 4/3/22-Wed. 4/6/22. My 'Stay' from 4/3/22-4/6/22, was WONDERFUL, as USUAL!! 100%!! :-D You can even have a LATE, CHECK OUT of 1pm. TOO!! All you gotta do is REQUEST it at the ACTUAL Hotel when you 'Book' your reservation!! I 'HATED' to have to go BACK, HOME on 4/6/22!! :-( I ran OUT of money, so I 'HAD' to go!! HAHAAA!! :-D But, I'll be BACK 'AGAIN', THOUGH!! 100%!! :-D This Hotel, is MY 'GETAWAY' from home from NOW ON!! 100%!! :-D The FIRST time was during The Super Bowl weekend of Sat. 2/12/22, all the way through to my CHECK OUT Day on Wed. 2/16/22, PAST Valentine's Day. :) I will say AGAIN, that staying at the Springhill Suites By Marriott Hotel in Corona at Address: 2025 Compton Ave. Corona, Ca. 92881, Country: United States of America, is the BEST!! 100%!! I 'WONDER' what it's gonna be like when I stay there in the Summer Time, and be able to use the Swimming Pool, or the Work Out Room?? :-) I was referred to this PARTICULAR Hotel in Corona, Ca. by my (2) grown daughters who stayed there a few months ago, so I decided to try it out during my Super Bowl, and Valentine's Day 'Getaway', and I was 'SATISFIED', COMPLETELY!! :-D EVERYTHING in my room was FRESH, smelling, CLEAN, NEW looking furniture, SOFT & CLEAN bed, CLEAN-quilted, cotton blanket in the bed WITH the sheets, and a EXTRA blanket in the closet, ironing board/iron, BIG Screen tv, microwave, refrigerator, small sink, coffee amenities, small couch, desk/chair, the bathroom had PLENTY of towels, soap, and EXTRA Toilet Paper, and a rubber mat in the bathtub so that I WOULDN'T slip and fall, and a guard rail on the shower wall, TOO!! :) I was like Wowww, I'm IMPRESSED!! This place is The 'BEST'!! :-D They even have REAL, Breakfast there, TOO!!

Please get the Ice Machine FIXED on ALL Floors in the Hotel, PLEASE. There could be MORE Luggage Carts at this Hotel then just (2), so that you can take your bags up to your Suite. But, I DIDN'T have to WAIT long, and the Concierge brought up a Cart to my room, as SOON as one was AVAILABLE, and they called me to let me know that someone was going to BRING me one SOON, which was VERY, NICE, and they brought one up to me, like they said they would, TOO!! :)

I interacted with Alfredo, Sylvia, and Michelle, staff at the hotel. Everyone was exceptional in their service and courtesy they offered us, two very weary travelers. I have never had a hotel breakfast as good as the one that was provided by this hotel. I will certainly stay there again. I enjoyed my stay, and all the people I interacted with tremendously.
