It was a pretty clean hotel the staff at check-in very nice!!

We got lost looking for the parking lot and got into the valet parking area a woman charged us $20 cash each car (x2) to let us get out than said that we were going to get reimbursed at check-in. After asking at check-in got told that the valet parking had to reimburse us the money then at the valet parking told us that they don't charge in cash it had to be on a card wich it was weird the women that charged us was in cash so after going back and forth the manager at the hotel fixed the problem and apologized we got the resort fees taken off to help with what we pay at the valet. Just be careful if you get into the wrong way if they want to charche you to get out pay in cash or ask to speak with a manager!

The room was very modern and well furnished. Outlets equipped with UBS charging capability. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable, better than my own at home. Bathroom was very nice, specially the walk in shower. Coffee machine in the room was a plus. The restaurant was very good, had a good choice of meals and fairly priced. Pool atmosphere was right on, great DJs.

No refrigerator. Four night stay housekeeping only came once. Drinks where a bit pricy. $5.00 for a 16oz bottle of water.

Underrated hotel right by Fremont street, we booked last minute (the day before) for just one night and had a large room with a nice view for a very good price especially considering it was 4th July. Check in and out was quick and easy. Free parking included.

No fridge in the room - feel like this should be a standard. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work either.

This was a great location near enough to Freemont but a block away from the craziness. Across the street from the Mob Museum and their affiliated bars/restaurants were fun and had fantastic happy hours. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. The check-in staff and restaurant/bar staff were friendly and fun. Travelling as a solo female I felt comfortable and safe in this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean.

I wish there were more eating and bar options directly in the hotel. However changing the art bar to a morning coffee and breakfast option I think was a good idea, and there are some good options across the street.

Location to our planned activities was good. Food was great and cost was great

Beds were very uncomfortable. Tried to call housekeeping and front desk to get more towels but there was no answer at either one. Dj from pool was great but maybe turning the volume down after 10-11 would be great.

Excellent location in downtown las Vegas, across the street from Fremont experience, less than 10 Min taxi drive to the strip. Parking available. Good WiFi, good value for money, super nice staff. Swimming pool and casino. Complimentary water.

No fridge in the room

My stay was pretty awesome. I did my research before, so when I got there I asked to have my room in the upgraded tower. I stayed in the Gallery Tower and it was so lovely! I asked for the least noisy floor, and was given floor 2. I didn't experience any of the loud noise complaints like other reviews. Me and my daughter were able to sleep in on a few nights with no issues. Room service tried to clean our room everyday, but we didn't need it. The app was useful when requesting services like much needed water bottles. Being on the second floor, we only had to take the elevator to floor three to access the pool which was RIGHT there. Overall a good experience.

That I wasn't able to get a military discount because I booked with this website, or get any local deals because I am not a tourist. I live here! I will be going through them from now on for the deals

Room was tidy, and clean. Fremont street experience was so fun! Rooftop was spectacular. Breakfast bar was delicious. Price was phenomenal.

Wish the room had a fridge.
