The amazing view of the waterfront and ferris wheel was worth the additional cost. Beds are comfy and the sofa was an added bonus. The location is excellent as a supermarket is located next door in the basement along with the shopping mall. There is a 7-11 in the same building that is open 24/7 in case you want a snack/meal/drink. Just steps away from the train station and Yokohama Air Cabin for spectacular views of Yokohama.

The property was hard to find at first. Google Maps takes you into a building entrance that leads into the mall. We got lost but eventually figured out the separate hotel entrance from the mall. See pictures for better reference. There needs to be better signage and arrows directing people to the hotel’s elevator located on the left side before you enter the mall doors. You have to take the elevator up to the fourth floor, if I recall, to check in with the front desk and then enter a separate elevator to reach your room.

The location of the property was perfect - Inside of a mall which also includes a super market and right in front of the Sakuragicho station. We loved how we had easy access to a convenient store as well.

We’ve noticed the hotel room was a little dusty, especially the first set of towels that it was set in the room. We wished there was a microwave in the facility. We also wished the fee for the gym was a little more affordable. It was ¥3,300 per visit, but we wished it was around the range of ¥1,500 to ¥2,000.

The location close to the ferris wheel and harbor is wonderful. There is an easy train connection. The big mall is nearby (but closes are 8 pm.) There is a supermarket on the BF1-level open until 23h. Rooms are spacious. The view is amazing when you have a room at the right side of the building. There is a restaurant on side and there is a konbini is the same building. Staff is friendly.

The hotel was rather pricey and I got a room at the back of the building. You get a room that looks out over the town, but the real treat is at the other side of the building. Breakfast is quite expensive and you can reserve your table through an app because it gets rather busy, especially during weekends. The room is quite sizable but it is finished in a dark wood which makes it rather dark and gloomy. Check-in was very slow. The front desk was only manned with one receptionist and it took a while to get checked-in. The receptionist needed to go to-and-front and that was rather time consuming. Lobby is small. You need to take two elevators to get the the ground floor. The konbini was almost sold out around 10-o-clock in the evening.

Very close to the JR Sakuragicho train station and next to a shopping department store. Grocery store underground. A very short walk to Yokohama Landmark Tower which has a lot of stores, restaurants and observation room at the top. I love the view from there. If you book the hotel room with a view, wow, you will love what you see! This is the second time I stayed here. One train stop from Yokohama where you can take limousine bus or train to Haneda Airport or Narita Airport. Minatomirai Line can take you to Yamashita Park and Harbor View Park. I visited in early May 2023, loved the rose gardens! Much better than the rose garden in Shinjukugyoen (roses will last the whole May until early June). I wanted to come again in this season and stay in the same hotel again. By the way, it was very quiet and clean hotel.

I wish it has a covered path to the train station from the building.

I love the view and the location of the hotel. Directly linked to mall. I was assigned a room near the lift which was great. Hotel libby smells good too. Block out blinds were good to keep out sun.

Room was dark at night. Even after all lights were switched on. We were unable to read. In the morning, the room experience morning sun directly coming into the room. Making the room warm. As a result, aircon does not feel cold enough. Block out blinds kept out sun, but does not help with the heat. Bathroom at 1513 had a dripping sound after others above us shower i think. No dripping sound in the day.

Very convenient location for sightseeing and shopping. Next door to the Yokohama Air Cabin and sheltered walkway to the Yokohama Landmark Plaza. The hotel is right above the shopping mall Colette Mare. Nice Starbuck cafe is just next door as well.

Required 10 mins walk to the nearest Minatormirai Line station (Bashamichi station) as decided to depend on this single transportation line and the 1 day Minatormirai pass to do my sightseeing and shopping at Yokohama station area.

The hotel is in an ideal location in Hulic Minatomirai right next to Landmark Tower (you can walk through multiple malls nearby via walkways, which makes shopping, dining and other experiences easily accessible). The Sakuragicho train station is less than 5mins walk away and provides great transport links to areas up and down Yokohama. World Porters, the Red Brick Warehouse, Chinatown and Pacifico are all within reasonable walking distance The hotel itself is well presented, with helpful staff and decent sized rooms. Views from the rooms and around other hotel areas are great. The luggage storage and dry cleaning were life savers that made our travels much easier.

Hotel is in at an excellent location. Just one minute walk from Sakuragicho station. Many restaurants, shopping malls, super market and many extractions are just couple of minutes by walking distance. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. I have taken a city view room. I can see Mt. Fuji from my room window and it is fascinating. In clear sky we can enjoy the beauty of Mr. Fuji.

No any service during your stay. Although many hotels have no cleaning, they still clear the trash, change towels or pajamas. This hotel has no any kind of those services.

EXCELLENT location! Walk right out of the subway/train station and walk right into a shopping center where New Otani Premium is at. Beautiful views of harbor if you get that side of the building. Walking distance to many other shopping and attractions. Staff at New Otani were hospitable and lovely! LOVE YOKOHAMA!
