Excellent location just 10 minutes from the airport but close to many restaurants and downtown Hermosillo. Breakfast is from 6:00am - 11:00am everyday. The staff was very friendly, they always acknowledged you entering and leaving all hours of the day or night. I also needed a late checkout, which was not a problem, I really appreciate that.

there’s not much to not like about the property, the one thing that I would suggest would be too put refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.

Grateful for the shuttle pick up from airport. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast, would stay here again. Great value compared to the hotel next door. Restaurant Los Olivos was delicious. Portions are big and shareable. Ordered the Panini and Club Sandwich.

The only thing I didn't like is that there aren't many food options available near by. But I highly recommend Los Olivos.

Location of property to the airport was perfect less than a mile and a half.  There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Not too much that I did not like about the hotel. The only downside of the hotel is that you don’t have an in room microwave and refrigerator for cold drinks that would be a big plus if they had that in every room.

when enter room no power , need to stick room key in a box on the wall to be able to turn lights tv and everything inside room , as soon you take the card out power goes out , this may save the company money …. but as a paying customer is a BIG inconvenience (as that city can get up to 118 degrees in the summer time) other than that everything else was great

Clean safe secure comfortable location minutes to the airport and city center. Breakfast with coffee, fruit and other pastries, The AC was super kept me cool while I worked away the bathroom was spacious. Exceptional customer service.

The Wifi was slow for video conferencing. It would be good if they had ethernet or fiber optic connection in every room.

Breakfast plates are very good idea. Coffee, toast, fruits in a buffet and the warm dish served works very well. Hot water for tea would be nice.

The room needs something to hang things, like to dry ur towel that isn’t changes every day for example. A few hooks on the walls maybe.

Breakfast was good. Need to perhaps have more varity. Housekeeper needs to remember to stock everything. Perhaps have more control over pest control.

No fridge for cold drinks. No microwave or enough ice machines Coffe makers need to be improved. No closet for clothing AC units don't shut off automatically

Good value and perfect location; helpful staff; wonderful to be able to leave our car at the facility between stays during our week-long trip to Merida from Hermosillo International Airport. The breakfast was especially good and we really appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. Everything went smoothly.

Perhaps more sound proofing -- it was easy to hear the neighbors.

The overall design of the place looked very elegant for its price. It was beautiful.

Beds were a little smaller than expected but still did the job. The breakfast wasn't the best. It was very basic. For example, like to go cereal boxes, bread, orange juice and ham sandwiches. I understand we are going through a pandemic right now, but the breakfast could definitely be better.

Safe secure peaceful location next to a fabulous restaurant los Olivos close to a shopping center. There is a coffee shop walking distance and an Oxxo nearby so you have options. The location was great they are not mask fanatics great to be free.

Of course faster internet maybe more breakfast choices. A business center with fiber-optic internet service would be neat then I could get more work done.
