The welcoming and friendly atmosphere of front desk man Mr. Buğra was very nice as we were on the road for most of the day.. nice location, sweet fresh smell in the lobby and corridors clean bathroom .. speed of the internet

The only thing was that they have a tradition in southern Turkey guess that in summer they use only a single bed sheet to cover or a thin spread… I felt so cold all night but it could have been solved if I had ordered a thicker comforter or so but I was so tired to get it.. my fault 🤦‍♀️

The overall experience was really good. We enjoyed the ambient of the facility. The room was clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the bathroom with it's hamam like design and the seat in the shower. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. Everything we tasted was really delicious and freshly prepared.

We had a little struggle with the function of our room key card, but that really didn't spoil our overall impression.

Did not have breakfast so cannot tell. I had dinner and lunch twice at the Rooftop Restaurant and I must say the service was ok but the food was just average (also options very limited). I like the staff service - very friendly and responsive. With the exception of the Restaurant, everything else was on point - excellent.

The restaurant- food options very limited and not very international! I think the hotel is very suitable for business clientele so they should endeavour to cater for more broader options.

The rooms are nice and big (with a previous stay the room smell like 'smoking' this time it smelled fresh). They are cleam and comfortable. Nice porter, Valet parking if desired. Lot of parking space.

The restaurant later at night (10 / 10:30pm >) does not provide snack. And at closing time you have to negotiate for a last drink ;) but the few from the rooftop is amazing.

We arrived a few days after the earthquake. The hotel was accommodating huge amount of people. This did not interrupt the kindness of staff and we had a very easily booked in. Our Wi-Fi was poor due to the amount of people at the hotel but the hotel got us and a mobile modem so we have loads. Beds were very comfy and the shower was absolutely divine. The room was very clean. This would definitely be a hotel I would stay in again.

Out of the whole stay the only thing that was a little off-putting was the pillows. But I must admit I'm very fussy with my pillows.

The hotel is in a great location with an amazing sea view. The staff, especially Tarik Tamtürk was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The room was big, comfortable, the a/c is great and quiet. The shower/bathroom is also really great.

Breakfast variety is rather limited, on Sunday some baked goods were not fresh. This changed for Monday however.

The personnel was so nice and friendly, specially the ladies. The room was a good size, decoration was according to our expectations. The top restaurant was very good, breakfast also good. Nice view of the sea

We had dinner at the restaurant, and we ordered a mezze platter. The bread they brought with it was not any kind of the amazing turkish breads we had before.

Loved that I could see everyone was treated with the same respect, walking in I saw people with designer clothes whilst I stood there with messy hair, top and bottoms and quite frankly looked rough after surgery, not one staff made me feel out of place. Alot of the staff spoke excellent English and were always happy to help.

There to of been a few more soup options for the people who have just had surgery, as all the patients that go with Dr Tuna go there.

We had a beautiful time at Divan Mersin. The rooms and the view were amazing, we also really enjoyed the spa and the friendly stuff there. The service was just perfect, special thanks to Catalina who made us feel very welcomed. She was able to help us at any time and made our stay even better!

the best hotel in Mersin. I book regular room but they upgrade me to sea view room for free. it become like my home in Mersin and whenever I book they always make sure that they go beyond my room expectation. The hotel manager become my friend and he ensure always that my stay is comfortable. thank you Divan for the amazing service and hospitality.
