Our room was adequate and as expected for an IBIS. The restaurant and lobby area was very well furnished and welcoming. The staff were very professional and helpful. Simple check in with a smile. Restaurant menu had a good range of options and was good value for money. Dogs very welcome as long as they are kept on a lead. Plenty of green space around the hotel for dog walking.

The property is located behind a large building (medical centre) - the sign directing to entrance for IBIS was obscured by trees from main entrance and signage into and out of car park could be improved. (One way system needs better markings - especially when visitors to medical centre park in front of "no entry" signs and totally obscure them!!!!!)

It’s close to the A16, an hour and twenty mins from Calais so a great stopover location on route to your final destination. The hotel is off the road so traffic noise is limited. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The rooms we stayed in were very clean although small and basic - we had two interconnecting room on the ground floor with very limited space to move around but we were only overnighting before driving to our next destination. It’s dog friendly and there’s plenty of space to short exercise and toilet them. The continental breakfast was very good. Small choice but a variety of items - they kept it stocked up during the breakfast service. The staff were accommodating, efficient and friendly. Also it close to a small shopping complex which included HyperU supermarket and a pharmacy and undercover parking (useful when it’s raining). There were other amenities. Overall I thought it was good value for money and very conveniently located

It is located behind a medical clinic so in the morning it can be a bit busy trying to leave but no big deal if you’re not in a hurry.

Well-kept and friendly ibis for a one-night stop on our journey. Staff are great, speak both English and French, nice food/bar and outdoor area to eat/drink in. It was also very easy to get back on the motorway to resume our journey.

Really warm room and no air con. The window opened properly and that was great, but unfortunately builders started work right outside at about 6am. Very noisy because of diggers etc going back & forth, reverse beeping etc. That won’t be a problem when the building works are done, but for us it meant we were woken early and had to shut the window, resulting in a hot room again.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the shower was warm and worked well. The restaurant and bar had a reasonable selection on the menu and breakfast was sufficient.

The specials board on the wall fell off and hit my wife on the head and shoulder causing bruising. reported to the breakfast staff but nobody came to see if see was ok. Perhaps if you want to hang things on walls you should make sure they are secured properly.

Parking & hotel entrance/restaurant/patio looked nice. Our room & bathroom were fine & comfortable - nice large shower cubicle area. Quiet location with window open overnight, nice to hear birdsong. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent. McDonalds was walkable distance for dinner.

Odd location behind a hospital - additional signage would be helpful. On check in we asked to have dinner but were told fully booked with no suggestion of an alternative.

Excellent smiling staff giving good advices . The Breakfast was excellent offering prestations that you find usually in 4 or 5 stars hotel, like an egg boiler , fresh oranges already pealed etc, There is a very powerful charging station for EV near the Ford dealership at 400 meters.

The location not so easy to access. The charging station for EV on the private parking should be a plus, unfortunately it is very expensive and not so powerful.

Good sized room. Clean and comfortable. Shower room of a very good standard apart from the tatty towels! Hotel was quiet and secluded. No road noise at all. Plenty of parking. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Arrived at restaurant too late to eat so had to make do with fast food down the road. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Tatty towels. No air con. Restaurant area a bit featureless. Compared to some other chains, thought it was expensive for what you got.

Quite a large room on the ground floor that was good for us as we had a lot of luggage. Clean, a very large comfortable bed with excellent crisp, clean bedding. Check in was quick and efficient and parking was right outside reception. The room had been cleaned to a high standard and the bathroom was spotless. What made our stay was the excellent on site restaurant, the food was exceptional, a good choice at reasonable prices and the hardworking waitress couldn’t have been nicer. We were sceptical about this on arrival as restaurants at the Ibis in the UK can be poor but this exceeded our expectations, breakfast was good too and great coffee!

The bathroom was a bit small although the shower was big and it’s a car journey into Abbeville but otherwise it suited our purpose fine.

Good location for our purposes. Clean and friendly and, crucially, dog-friendly.

Although typical for France, vegan meal options are not available so they could really get a head start in France if they offered one or two plant-based meal options, along with plant milk availability on their menus. About half the cars in the car park were British registered and a great many British, as well as French, now adhere to a plant-based diet.

Ideal quiet location just of the motorway for travelling South. The staff were very friendly. Lovely garden terrace to sit outside in the evening. Took the opportunity to have the evening meal, which was reasonably priced and exceptionally good. Breakfast choice was plentiful and again good quality. I'm definitely staying there again, thank you, staff, you were brilliant!
