What a beautiful, comfortable hotel! We stayed at the Belle Epoch for our 10th wedding anniversary. Our room was gorgeous and so comfortable. The bed was heavenly. The decor was delightful. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. (Shout out to Mathilde, who is so kind and thoughtful!). The location is perfect. we loved the terrace for coffee or drinks. Just a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located in charming Aix les Bains. We spend two nights in this brand new hotel and enjoyed a beautiful room, excellent service and the best hotel breakfast we can remember to have had.

The hotel room is exactly same as pictured - clean, neat and spacious with nicely renovated cosy atmosphere. The bed and linen was also clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and offered a kid’s amenities, which was impressive point.

Please bear in mind that there is no elevator in this hotel. Higher floor room is very quiet and comfortable, it is worth while to overcoming this venturing moment.

Beautifully appointed rooms with good amenities. Very comfortable beds. Large shower. Sumptuous bathrobes. Quiet! Very helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

FYI: No lift/elevator. We were fine but may prove a challenge for some. The ladies are very helpful in carrying your luggage up.

Our room on the first floor was stylish, comfortable and very spacious - and our two dogs were made very welcome. The managers were helpful and very friendly

The car park is a little way away in a multi-storey but there’s a parking space outside the hotel for unloading luggage

Breakfast priced at 25 euros. Car needs hastily unloaded then parked in an underground car park round the corner and our room was on a third floor with no lift which might have been a problem to some

We love this place; it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and the rooms are a delight. The staff could not be more friendly and it is now our favourite stop-over in France. I should also add that the staff have been wonderful to us on both occasions that we have stayed here.

While not a problem for us, a bedroom on the third floor (without lift) could be a problem for some guests. Also top floor bedroom not ideal for tall guests due to beams.

Everything was perfect - staff, entrance, terrace, decor, breakfast, bed linen, breakfast, location, cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel!

There are a lot of steps. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be good to know for anyone with limited mobility.

The atypical decoration of the rooms was really fun, it gives the hotel a real personality. The reception is very personal and welcoming.
