Good hotel value for money! Nice rooftop restaurant/bar. Pleasant and understanding staff. The rooms are good and comfortable. Not very far from the beach. There is a grocery store nearby. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

We really missed the fridge in the room. It was hot days and we kept the water in the bathroom on the floor. But we also asked to put something in the fridge at the reception and they were happy to help us with this. Also, the balcony was not cleaned and the balcony did not offer a very pleasant view of the courtyard. But the rooftop restaurant had a great view! A little sad breakfast. There were no vegetables or salad at all. But there were tasty, freshly baked pastries.

Location very convenient - a few minutes walking distance to Juan Les Pins centre. Staff very friendly and helpful, the reception took the time to explain about the car park access and show it. The room had a sea view, a balcony and was very clean and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant has great panoramic view (we didn't eat there, so can't comment on food).

Personally, I didn't find the breakfast very good. Very limited, low value choice and the coffee was pretty bad (automatic machine). Hotel is excellent, but have breakfast elsewhere :)

Nice and comfortable hotel in a quite position. Very frienfly and helpfull staff. Perfect parking in a hotel’s garage. Nice breakfast.

Centrally located between Antibe and Juan-les-Pins. Secure parking, friendly and helpful staff.. Nice comfortable bed and clean bathroom and excellent shower... A good size room with balcony doors for some fresh air...Small safe, tea and coffee facility...

Anything negative would not really be worth mentioning... I was more than happy with it and would stay there again...

Pleasant hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Good and quiet location, five minutes walk to the beach.

Hotel in a good location, intimate, with its own parking lot (€ 14 per day). The breakfasts are modest, but sufficient to start the day well :) The staff at the hotel was nice and very helpful, the room was clean and quite big (we booked a superior room). 800 meters to the train station, close to the old town and two nice beaches. Nearby grocery stores and various other shops. Antibes is a charming and very varied town, so you should think about relaxing in this place.

Modest breakfast, sometimes there was a shortage of food and tables :(
