Great location, spacious rooms, great views from the rooms and upper swimming pool, nice oriental spa and "parcours marin" facilties

While it might be difficult to recruit experienced staff, some of the staff would need a bit more training in terms of "customer management", a couple of them were even pretty rude. More senior staff members were very nice and professional, one even intervened to tell a younger one off, explaining that this was not the way to talk to customers.

Beautiful unique hotel in a perfect location to relax and enjoy nature. Excellent spa center with all possible treatments and a superb spa pool. Lighting in public places ( corridors and restaurant)

We liked the spatious, clean room with a view to the see. We liked the worm swimming pool on 4th floor.

The jacuzzi water could have been wormer and massage of jacuzzi on the sides didn't work. The floor around the swimming pool is extremely slippery, either needs mats or other abrasive material. My son fell, luckily nothing happened but if adult slips concecvances can be life long injury.

The hotel is very clean, modern, quiet. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff, very fast room service. We were very happy to spend a full week at this hotel and enjoyed the many Spa treatments available.

There is only one option for breakfast at 25 eur person so quite expensive if you just want coffee and toast. There is only one restaurant for lunch and dinner and again expensive. Overall the food budget was far more expensive than any other Spa we have stayed at. The only other disappointment was that there is a lovely bar but no healthy smoothies or detox options

Clean, comfortable room, comfortable beds, nice view from the balcony. Quite big swimming pool on the roof, comfortable.

Many spa staff do not speak English, so it is very difficult to explain or understand what the therapist is explaining to you. The Thalasso pool at the SPA on the ground floor was overcrowded. Value for money for the SPA treatments is not so good, except for the facial.

La Cigale Hotel and Spa is a uniquely designed hotel. It is a cruise ship on land. It is very new and modern. The staff is wonderful and careful to make certain all is taken care of perfectly. The Ar'zon area is wonderful especially if you are into sailing or water sports. The hotel restaurants are also very good.

the room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. the pool was also very nice.

the air-conditioning was not strong enough to cope with the very hot weather at the time of our stay. It was very warm in our room. We were disappointed that our room price did not give us access to the other pool and jacuzzi area downstairs.

Hotel remodeled. Very good material and design. A one-of-a- kind experience. Great thalassotherapy and spa treatment. Very spacious room & BA,confortable bed. A delight!

Huge and comfortable beds, very calm rooms

Breakfast with cheese pre-packed in plastic is not worth a five-star Hotel, especially in France having such a huge variety of fresh cheese (in this case cannot be explained with Covid as ham and salmon was unpacked as well).
