Fantastic location, just outside Avignon & within easy reach of Chateauneuf de Pape. You do need a car though, no regular public transport to the site. Free parking on the outskirts of Avignon, we asked a fellow guest and they had paid €25 for a taxi which would have been the alternative. We ate at the hotel on our second night, which was simply fantastic! Nice pool area, well kept garden & lots of free parking on the site.

Our only complaint was the room. The bathroom was exceptionally small, you had to open the shower door to be able to sit on the loo, anyone who wasn’t 100% physically mobile wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet. Only one working plug socket, next to the bathroom sink, made charging difficult & the very small kettle (one cup at a time) also had to be plugged in there. Not the end of the world but would have liked proper crockery rather than paper cups for our morning cup of tea in the room.

Lovely Boutique hotel just outside the city of Avignon. We arrived super early and Receptionist spoke great English and helped direct us to free parking and shuttle into town. She was so cheerful and a great help. Small but Comfortable room with everything you need. Very comfy bed and pillow. Pool was an added bonus at the end of a very hot day with plenty of loungers in the shade. Lovely terrace area for dinner. Serve beautiful chocolate desert which I ordered on both nights

Walking up 2 flights of stairs with luggage (exercise did us well) No chicken on dinner menu. Plenty of seafood for seafood lovers. Did enjoy Lamb Shank on 2nd night.

The welcome and introduction were excellent. All the necessary information was given before I had to ask. The room was tastefully decorated and had a kettle with a selection of teas. The bed had a larger choice of pillows and cushions that most people would really need and there was also a mosquito net above though I didn't find it necessary. The restaurant served a good selection of dishes and the price was as expected for quality ingredients. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty to choose from.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. It's a very well run hotel.

Place exudes romantic Provencal atmosphere. Staff accommodated our delayed arrival and, yielding to our pleas, put together a cheese and fruit plate as we missed dinner. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely out on terrace. Pool looked secluded and tempting but didn't get to take a swim.

Room was tiny. The hotel is located far out in the country from Avignon and without GPS would have been impossible to find in the dark. Not remotely near any outside restaurants. Staff was a bit rigid but did come through to meet our needs.

Peaceful and a short drive to good parking for visiting Avignon. Exceptional staff. Friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Meals in the restaurant excellent and a varied breakfast. The rooms were beautifully clean with very very good housekeeping, every day. A lovely pool with towels.

Almost no storage in the rooms, just some hanging space. The shower was a bit odd, with only a spray option.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Located in a wonderfully quiet area. Close to the beautiful town of Avignon. Beautiful private parking space under the trees. Staff friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast + dinner are definitely recommended. To cool off you can take a refreshing dip in the refreshing pool. Top!

Actually nothing worth mentioning, but if I had to think of something, it would be the mosquitoes that come in the evening. Those are a bit annoying. Luckily we didn't have them in the room. The mosquito net that was present was therefore not used.

This hotel is set out in the countryside not far from Avignon. It is a beautiful setting: an old farmhouse with a wonderful terrace set under a large spreading vine. It also has a good swimming pool. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. It is a very nice hotel from which to explore Avignon or simply to the surrounding countryside.

We felt that our vegetarian/vegan diet could have been better catered for. Also our room was a little small and cramped but it did have good tea and coffee making facilities.

Terrific food!! Very quiet, peaceful - the pool is lovely. Staff super nice and helpful. Very accommodating for our dog, but no dogs were annoying, so everyone was very happy. The dinner is EXCELLENT value for money, and the outdoor seating area is very pleasant. Parking was also easy. And was a great location to visit several towns, easily.

A lovely hotel, with a family atmosphere. The staff is friendly, warm, helpful and speaks English. Excellent location on Barthelasse Island in a rural area only 10 minutes from Avignon. Pleasant rooms, good breakfast and excellent dinner. The patio outside is completely magical, covered in plants and an old farmhouse in the background.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was relaxed and in a peaceful location. The breakfast had a good selection We also enjoyed the pool. The hosts had mosquito repellent available at the restaurant which you could use to top up if needed.

The room was smaller than it looked when booking but it was fine. The restaurant was very good but a little pricey. You need to wear mosquito repellent all the time but you’ll be thankful for it.
