The hotel is nice, I would say cozy. Tasty breakfast, everything fresh. The service was cordial, there were no problems with communication. The hotel is clean. The price for the rooms is really good, I personally recommend it. Plus for the location, because you don't have to go around the city. I will definitely use this place again.

Unfortunately, we got to the room (No. 322), which smelled terribly of cigarettes. I am a non-smoker so the smell was even more unbearable. Airing the room for an hour did nothing. Good thing we were only there for one night, otherwise I would have asked for a room change.

Friendly staff, 24h reception. Rooms and bathrooms/showers were cleaned regularly. Metro and tram stations within a walking distance. A good, minimalistic budget option if you just want a clean bed after you spent your day in Disneyland or visiting Paris attractions. I was on vacation with my 12-year-old son and neither of us had anything to complain. Found a really nice local brasserie where we had lunch on most days and there is a big Carrefour across the street if you need anything. There is also a huge flea market on weekends just next to the hotel.

It was not really clear beforehand the city tax was not included and I had to pay it on arrival at the hotel. A fridge would be nice to have. Also the area does not have any attractions and is a bit run-down but that's what you get when you go for budget options.

The room and bed were very clean. However the size of the room was small but that didn’t bother us a lot since we were gone during the day. There was a TV and WIFI. The staff was very friendly and helpful and wearing a little straw hat and a t-shirt with the hotel’s name. The showers and toilets were clean but separate from the rooms. It is possible to have a continental breakfast (for additional fee). There was a Carrefour just across for last minute grocery shopping which was convenient. The neighborhood was OK with a lot of immigrants from Algeria and North Africa. Quite noisy at night. The distance from the center was not too bad thanks to the Metro Porte de Montreuil (15 min walk from the hotel). It is a very good budget hotel. I can only recommend it!

The toilets were clean but the tiles were always wet. The neighborhood is vibrant but can be noisy at night.

Quiet neighborhood, clean and nice room. Friendly staff. Not so far from the hotel was a local market every morning with a lot of stuff - it was an intresting experience.

Small bathroom, especially sink and easy to splash water on the floor. Also would be nice to have extra towel per person, because one is not enough. Not much space to put our things: there was few hooks on the wall and one narrow shelf in one side of the bed. Coming home late at night from metro stop wasn't pleasant and doesn't look safe, but we didn't get into any trouble.

Not so spaceous room, but clean, quiet, private with great bed to sleep on and awsome wallpaper. Hotel staff was helpful when needed and very friendly. Breakfest was good and you can also order food from machine's at the reception or nearby restaurants. Overall I was pleasantly suprised with this acommodation, it exceeded my expectation. Public transport stations are nearby

There was nothing I didn't like, but it would be nice to have a dining chair for small children in the breakfest room. Also, some room doors don't close as they should, better to check them before you leave.We solved our problem with a piece of butter and greased the latch,then it worked without any problems :)

Location , Room , bed , view , the calm. Cleaing every day and change and arrange the room every day 🫡 also cleaning staff were niiiiiice🫡 💜💐😀

* Sharing a Bathroom with guys is what bothers me the most.bcz guys urinate on seats.i had to use tissues to dry the seat and put many tissues and sit on them before using the toilet seat. :( * and shower is too small it's floor is very old :( * I would like to come back in December if there are any important changes 💜💐

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the metro, so transportation was convenient. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The hotel is great value for its price.

The room and the bathroom were really small. There wasn't enough storage space. So, I think this hotel is a great option for travelers on a budget who are planning to stay for a couple of days and don't require a lot of space.

Cheap and comfortable to stay. Near the metro and bus stop.

Door uses pin#/code that are not safe when you leave your important things there. People staying there can access too if they combine or guess the numbers. Showers are also frustrating when you use it you need to press it so you can access the water. And water will return to pause/stop if you are not pressing the button while showering. Toilets are ok but there was no trash bin.

It was very nice and has it shows on the website. For group of friends that likes to go on some adventure and just get to know the city, have some rest and eat out its good. Everything looked very clean, confortable and service was also very nice.

Althought it's an hostel if it had like shared kitchen or something to heat food it would be great.

Location of the hotel is convenient. Hotel reception staff Shawn was very warm to us.

Bathroom needs to be cleaned more. So do the toilets.
