The rooms were very clean! The building was French charming!

Disappointed breakfast wasn’t just built into the price! We went into Beaune and got a continental breakfast for €7.50. Sorry for that makes the stay worth while! Just a coffee and croissant! Be aware of the suite that has a very steep wooden staircase that worried me during the night as my partner is so accident prone. A packet of Nescafé and no milk was disappointing! Good coffee and tea making facilities are a must these days! Sorry nice and clean and pleasant enough just wouldn’t stay again!

We loved this little hotel, the building, gardens and pool were beautiful and we had a lovely spacious room. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, and always happy to help give recommendations or help book tables at restaurants when our french failed. The location was perfect for exploring the vineyards

Having a handheld shower over the bath, sometimes was a little annoying but didn't spoil the holiday. We also thought for the price breakfast should be included, and to add it on extra was 18 euros each which seemed a but much for the buffet/continental style.

Beautiful property in a picturesque location. Everyday we had breakfast in a quiet and relaxing surrounding of a French village. The place requires a car to get to and from, but had plenty of parking and is very close to Beaune by driving. The room was large and comfortable and had English speaking TV stations. There was a very nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious coffee.

Our room was clean but had a peculiar smell. The bathroom was outdated with the shower head attached to a bathtub without a stand, which made its use very uncomfortable. There was one free electric plug in the room. The staff was mostly quite friendly and helpful but some members were polite but did not try to deal with any complaints. The worst issue was the lack of internet in the room. Unfortunately, the staff member just told us that there was nothing to be done without even attempting to reset the system.

The hotels interiors where beautifully decorated and laid out. Simple room with a mix of new and antique. Amazing building with pictures of its history and renovation. The staff were faultless and swiftly arranged a table for dinner that night in the only restaurant in the town. Ample.parking which is hugely important when you're travelling with your belongings. Close to Beaune and other places of interest but quiet and secluded. A perfect stay and would definitely go again.

There was nothing to dislike, it was perfect.

Old French charm, modernised sympathetically. Great style. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent!! Proper freshly squeezed orange juice etc. Excellent coffee too. I often have trouble ordering a good quality decaf which is not instant.

In an ideal world it would have been nice to eat dinner at the hotel, but there was a decent (slightly quirky) restaurant a few metres walk away. Need to book ahead though - lots of people who hadn’t booked had to drive into Beaune.

Beautiful buildings, sympathetically converted from a farm and nicely decorated. Very clean, with comfortable bed and covers and air conditioning. Small pool with a nice garden and lovely terrace and indoor lounge areas. Tea/coffee facilities in room (no cold milk for our tea but was able to get a jug downstairs). Reception staff were all very helpful. It didn’t matter that there isn’t a restaurant on site; the local restaurant Le Berger du Temps is a 2 minute walk and served delicious food and local wines. It was closed on our first night (Monday) but a short drive into Beaune and we found plenty restaurants in the beautiful old town centre. Hotel arranged taxis another day so we could appreciate a wine tasting, many places to do this but we’d recommend Domaine Besancenot (15euros) - knowledgable young lady who spent ages telling us about the 7 wines we tasted & answering questions & showed us the production facility and wine cave. Lovely stay in this relaxing, well-appointed hotel.

We booked this hotel as a stop over on our drive to Italy, the hotal is a short drive from the motorway in a quiet village location and only a 5 minute drive into the town centre. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the bedrooms were a good size with coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was also a bar available in the hotel which was very welcome after a 14 hour drive. I would definitely stay here again.

The drinks at the bar were very expensive and there was no shower curtain.

We've stayed at this hotel once before (five years or so ago). Since then the hotel has made a few updates - new bathrooms with showers etc. The bedrooms themselves have nice views over the gardens, and a few bits of antique furniture. The gardens are delightful and the owners have recently installed a small swimming pool, which would be lovely in hot weather. The breakfast is superb, and in cooler months is served in the charming dining room. There is also a terrace where you can have drinks etc. We had dinner in the restaurant next door (the hotel will arrange this for you). This is a delightful establishment run by a chef/patron - serving delicious, good value food.

There's nothing not to like really.

This is a beautiful property that I imagine is even more beautiful in nicer weather and during later spring and summer. Their gardens and outdoor eating areas looked really charming, but alas, we were not able to take advantage of them. The inside is charming, as well- beautiful light breakfast room with a delicious spread and great coffee-a small but charming bar area-and a welcoming reception area, all warmly lit and set up to feel like you've stepped into an easy-going but well appointed country home. The property also has some preserved history that's interesting to learn about. The room had a lovely bathroom- large tiled shower and very good lighting. The large windows opened up over the car park, but it was still beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the staff was warm and helpful and left sweet treats and local gifts in our room. I also found it really helpful that they had sent me an email when I booked the room with the advice to make a reservation at the restaurant next door...and they were right- it filled up quickly, was delicious, and an easy walk.

The decor is a little grandma-esque. The bedroom and hallways leading to the other rooms had good bones, but felt a little dated and unstylish. It wouldn't take much to spruce it up a bit, but it was still comfortable. I'm not a fan of wall to wall carpeting in a hotel room, as they hold a lot of dirt, and this one looked well worn.

Beautifully renovated old farm house and outbuildings, stylish but comfortable. Great location just outside Beaune and near autoroute exit, but quiet and peaceful. Lovely gardens. Owners and all staff so helpful - nothing too much trouble. Nearby restaurant Le Berger du Temps very good.

No issues - it was all good.
