Extremely helpful and kind staff. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was working well. Parking was free. The location is also quite good (10 min. walk from the centre/railway station), there are shops, petrol station and a hypermarket nearby. There was a well-working heating. The room was 'basic' (no-frill), but this is what you pay for. BUT ABOVE ALL CHAPEAU TO THE RECEPTIONISTS OF THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE THE ALL-PROBELM SOLVING PEOPLE. In spite of some problems, we would come back (and it was our 5. or 6. stay here anyway).

There were some problems on arrival with the toilet flush, but the receptionist solved the problem. The TV simply froze, but the receptionist solved the problem. No space for your toiletry in the bathroom (but not something you cannot solve otherwise). Basically not much to beef about for the price at which you get the room.

Everything went well, check-in was smooth, the rooms were comfortable and well isolated.

I wish that rooms with a double wed weren't actually two smaller beds put together because the separation in the middle wasn't the most comfortable. I also would have preferred a more complete range of products for the breakfast buffet (saussage, bacon, eggs for example).

Nice hotel, decent breakfast, underground parking for the motorcycles.

Location is fairly east to access, but is a bit of a walk into the town centre, 10-15 min.

There was only one plug socket in our Superior room. I’m sure we had more when we previously stayed in a regular room with you.

Nice and Kind staff, free parking, cleanliness, very good toilet, great breakfast and for dinner you can order a pizza- a very good quality!

The staff at the Kyriad were outstanding. Particularly Nickolina who was amazing; professional, helpful and super efficient. She is a great asset to the hotel.

Room could have been larger … it was very cramped.

super easy to find and especially good for late night travelers arriving after most hotels have closed the front desk.
