A lovely hotel, with lovely staff in a lovely, lively place. The hotel is situated very close to streets with bars and restaurants, but we did choose one night to eat at the hotel and it was lovely, the roof top restaurant has some beautiful views over the sea and you can watch the sunset. Parking is in the hotel underground car park, which is very safe and secure, the only problem we had was that spaces were quiet small, so once the cars were parked we had problems getting in and out of the cars, and issues if we had left something in the car that was then required!! We had to move a car to get into the other car (we did have two cars on the trip, and they both have big doors, so we had to park so at least we could move one to get into the other one). However, there is valet parking if you want to let them sort it for you. The pool on the roof top is lovely and so is the bar.

Charming and very helpful reception staff - nothing was too much trouble. Great roof top bar and swimming pool with beautiful views, good music and a relaxed vibe. Nice room too.

The car parking was a little expense at 30 Euro a day, but there is clearly limited parking in the centre of Biarritz.

I liked the size of the room, the complimentary water, the cleanliness, the pool, and the food and wine at the restaurant. Reception was also very helpful.

I was greeted by a man at reception that I consider rude. Thankfully, I was spared the displeasure of having to see him again throughout my stay. Had it not been for his behavior, I would have rated the hotel a 10 instead of a 9.

Spacious comfortable room in a modern hotel with a nice view towards the sea. 5 minute walk to bars cafes and restaurants. 10 minute walk to bathing beaches. Helpful staff.

The hotel is opposite the "surf" beach, which is down a steep incline. Not much beach at high tide and not much surf!

Great property, great breakfast. Miguel at the reception was very friendly, efficient and helpful, he made our stay very pleasant.

Location was very good, near sea, and town centre. roof terrace was very welcoming with lovely panoramic views. and great pool area.

very dated bathroom, they need to remove Hot pot meals from bar menu, overpriced and we thought poor quality for a 4* Hotel. could have done with some parasols around pool area.

We stayed in a Family room and paid an additional 30 euros a night. Also paid the additional 20 euro for the car parking. I personally wish one of the beds had been a king size as double is so small with my husband. It’s a great location to the beach and the town both are a short walk down the hill and a slightly longer walk back up!! The pool was excellent on the roof and was heated.

Really lovely staff. Simple but good breakfast. Great pool & bar. I’ve been before (2019) with work and glad I came back with my family.

Slightly bad situation with the taxi on the way home. Reception didn’t book the taxi for the time I asked for and so I felt very panicked about my family making our flight on time.

The staff were amazing from start to finish, The provided amenities and roof top bar and views were fantastic, and the view from the room was one of the best I've ever had. The location was 10 min away from multiple beaches, amazing
