It’s a cute property and the staff takes great pride in it. Pleasant breakfast but not much hot food. The hotel is very clean and it was good for a stay while passing through the area.

Location is a little weird. The pictures posted made you think it’s in a more spacious and green area but it’s right off the main road to Biot. It was fine but it’s not a resort or spacious grounds. However, the pool and common areas are nice and well maintained. The worst part is that the front desk, pool, workout room all close at 8pm. In the summer it would be nice for those things to stay open later so you can enjoy them after visiting nearby villages and to have access to a 24hr front desk. Also, the food they serve for breakfast and by the pool is frozen type stuff heated up…nothing truly cooked.

The pool and sun bed area were amazing. The breakfast was excellent, everything was so fresh, there were enough options, and organic foods. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The little garden was nice. I loved that there were plants everywhere, the whole property had areas of well-maintained garden.

The hotel can't help this, but the area is a bit difficult to just walk around, because of the pretty dangerous winding roads without sidewalks. So even just walking / hiking to nearby Biot was a bit scary. Also it would be great if they would provide more vegan options at breakfast.

Beautifully located modern hotel overlooking the very beautiful village of Biot. Attentive, friendly, highly professional staff. There are many very good restaurants in the historic Biot village within walking distance and the concierge is always available to help with reservations. It is possible to order delicious sandwiches, salads, pizzas and drinks to the room. Absolute cleanliness in the room and bathroom, new serviceable equipment. Will definitely be back!

Everything is very good.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a lovely setting, comfortable and quiet. Would absolutely recommend, especially for couples needing a bit of quiet time together. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was the perfect way to start a day.

Be aware that public transport in the area leaves something to be desired, so getting to and fro the hotel may take a bit of planning. The hotel has excellent parking facilities, though, so if you arrive by car it's all good.

Pool area was great with a heated pool, great sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and shower close to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice modern interior of the room(s) and a fridge/minibar. Balcony or terrace in all rooms with great air-con. Balconies all have a view, terraces not. Quiet area. Nice view of the old town of Biot and close to a small grocery shop. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can get small snacks and dishes. Would be a good thing maybe to extend this during lunch time. Positive that there is no restaurant if you want quietness in the evening (which we liked). Biot old town have a few restaurants which you can reach by walking 10 min. but the road is quite dangerous to walk with no pavement, and cars drive like crazy, especially in the dark. There are nice beaches (mainly large pebble stones) that can be reached by car or even by bus 15 minutes from the hotel. In all this hotel has very good potential to be an exceptional place with some minor readjustements.

We stayed in all in three different rooms during our visit and two out of four were very nice. One room which was on the bottom floor with a terrace was unfortunately having a very moldy and damp smell in both bathroom and sleeping room, almost not bearable. The terrace did not have any view at all and was not very cosy because of dump smell and uneven cobbles/stones. The other three rooms one with a terrace (higher up but on the ground) and two upstairs with balconies were really perfect. However, the beds were too hard for us and in one room a bed mattress was missing. The plastic sheets in the beds was very uncomfortable since it got really sweaty. Air-con was working perfect in all rooms (but that doesn't help for a bed with plastic sheets.)

The hotel and its gardens and pool are exquisite. Breakfast was superb. The light plates were perfect for lunch also. Fantastic luxury retreat to recharge. Staff were so helpful, the service was faultless.

Can’t find a single fault with this hotel. Will certainly return.

Stunning hotel in the hills of Biot- only 25 mins from the airport and a 20 min walk to the charming town centre where there are lots of lovely spots to eat. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel which can take you to the station where you can get to Antibes, Nice or Cannes The service was fabulous with the lovely staff helping us when we needed help with directions to get to Nice and extra information we needed for insurance as we had to cut our stay short due to flight cancellations. As an extra little bonus, they kindly arranged some champagne for us both on my birthday making the trip even more special. Housekeeping was also amazing and the room was so clean and tidy. The pool and terrace is lovely with stunning views of the surrounding area which was so peaceful. We’re so sad we had to cut out trip short as we didn’t want to leave!

There are many things I liked about this hotel. The location is very nice, away from the hustle and bustle of Antibes village. The location is surrounded by gardens filled with plants, aromatic herbs and flowers. The rooms were perfectly clean, bright&modern, equipped with Nespresso machine and a large terace. Amenities were great. Excellent breakfast with lots of local and tasty products. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitley come back.

Loved everything - large comfortable bed, swimming pool, games, view, staff friendly and helpful, parking. Rooms well soundproofed as we heard nothing from adjoining rooms. Biot old town with numerous restaurants is a short walk uphill but no footpath, so take care walking on road. Plenty of car parks. short drive to Marineland (recommend) and Antibes.

We thought breakfast was too expensive.

The hotel was lovely and peaceful - very boutiquey. The breakfast was amazing and lovely to sit on the terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and attentive.

It was a shame there wasn't a bar or restaurant on site but without it, it was nice and peaceful.
