Weloming and helpful staff, comfortable static caravan on a quiet site, good laundry facilities, table tennis, good sized and clean swimming pool, an easy walk to beach.

Accommodation very basis

Swimming pool and mobile home were really good. Location is also good.

Staff is not helpful at all. They don't speak English nor Spanish, only French. Even if you try to do it in English, they keep in French. Besides, they ask to get the bed sheets and towels in a bag when checking out, but they didn't give us any and insist that it was necessary. Both check-in and check-out experiences were not good, since due to communication problems we didn't understand each other properly. We didn't receive any explanation for entry/exit hours, nothing about swimming pool opening time and rules, info about barbeque places... I would say it was the least helpful staff we have ever met. By the way, you have a kitchen, but they don't let you anything to wash your dishes, you have to bring you own ones...

Quiet and spacious

Staff were spectacularly unfriendly and unhelpful. My bike was stolen and quite frankly the staff were not the least bit interested. I was told to go to the police station but they didn't tell me where it was or how to get there. There was no information about the site or the accommodation, not even departure times, what to do about the bedding, cleaning etc. We have stayed in this area for the last 30 + years and have never had a negative experience until this site.

Nearby beach

The service time at the reception was limited for getting the mobile home key. We informed through phone our arrival time. When we arrived almost at 8 o clock the office was already closed. If the client comes a bit late like 5 or 10 minutes the office should be flexible for it.

Nothing much! it was advertised as a 6 berth but on arrival it was obvious it was for 4 max, far too small. 2 tiny bedrooms, tiny loo, but shower room ok. No Toaster, provided, All crockery and utensils were for 4 people not 6. No WiFi unless you walked down to the reception area and logged on. The forest setting was lovely and seeing a Wild hog and her hoglets walking up the drive was a bonus!

The property was advertised as 250 metres from the beach. it was a 500 metre walk to a car/camping site before you got to the 250 metre from the beach. We were asked by campers on the site where the showers/toilets were…the block was locked up and looked as though it hadn’t been used or cleaned since last season. The on-site Restaurant was also locked up and not in use but we were offered a pre booked breakfast at the cost of 16€ per day at the time of booking, we would have been disappointed had we taken up the offer! it was a pain having to go to the reception area to use WiFi, We were given a sheets and towels pack on arrival, the towels were stained and had holes in them not to mention threadbare. The chalet obviously hadn’t been cleaned before arrival, cobwebs in every corner and we had to wash down the outdoor table and chairs before we could use them. The pool was lovely shame you couldn’t get a pool side snack from the restaurant which by the way was advertised as opening from 7.30-9am and 7-8.30pm,very limited. The barrier was open to all, no security passes
