Very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna very much. Staff very helpful. When neither I nor two members of staff were able to get the app to work to charge my electric car, one of them used his personal account to charge my car battery in exchange for 15€ cash which was enough to get me home the next day. NB- Make sure you download the Electromap app and link a credi card before you go because WiFi in garage spotty! Free shuttle to airport in the morning was very helpful. Dinner in restaurant was good.

There were a few hiccups over the bill but everything was sorted out in the end. I also expected three single beds, but we got a double bed and a camp cot which was not very comfortable. I wish that that had been clarified in the booking.

The hotel is very close to the airport, so the location is very convenient with just a short 10 minute walk. We had to catch a flight at 7am and informed the receptionist that we would check out at 5am. Dinner was difficult to find as the restaurant was closed and most other restaurants in the area are closed during weekends. The room was clean and comfortable with modern fittings. When we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had arranged for a car to us there at no extra cost, and the driver was very professional.

The hotel is bit odd. The downstairs looks nice but the room corridors look like a university building and had bedding and crockery all down the corridors. The gym and spa area was great, but not so much relaxing - more so for sports teams. The best part was Didier who served us in the bar area, he was so kind and friendly to us, and we really appreciated him.

Upstairs was not what we would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Great location, so close to the airport for an early morning flight. On arrival, the bus stop at the airport drop off from Toulouse train station is right next to the collection point for the free ‘navette’ Radisson Blu shuttle ride. On departure, I booked my 04:45 shuttle ride for the next morning and it went without any issues. The hotel itself has a lovely, relaxing indoor, as well as outdoor bar/restaurant area, complete with a mini vineyard! The quality of rooms was fantastic and the staff/service is excellent.

A brilliant hotel in close proximity to the airport. A lovely vineyard in the centre, where you can eat and drink and enjoy a very peaceful environment. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant served up a delicious meal. The airport shuttle from the hotel was handy too.

I don't have a bad thing to say. The stay was excellent.

Very clean and quiet. Excellent reception staff, nice and clean rooms. Good mattress and nice touch for the water fountain at the floor so that one does not need to be ripped off to buy a water bottle in the surroundings. Perfect to catch a flight early in the morning.

The outside of the property could use a refresh, unless the goal is to win some brutalist architecture competition.

We were picked up by the hotel shuttle bus after our plane had arrived almost 2 hours late. This was very welcome indeed for it was well after 1 am !! The room and the bed were excellent, as was the much needed shower. We didn’t have breakfast since we were being collected in accordance with our original check in time. The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful.

Nice big room with tea and coffee making facilities. Free pick up from the airport even at practically midnight.

The receptionist didn't know if there was a kettle in the room so I ended up buying tea and nuts which were very expensive. I guess I should have asked, but it felt included. Also I got up too late for breakfast - no possibility of getting a coffe and croissant at 11.30.

Stayed for 1 night as I had an early 6am flight. They were able to arrange for the free shuttle to drop me off at the airport at 4am, which I appreciated. The restaurant was nice and had a good variety of dishes for dinner. The jacuzzi at the spa was great as were the sauna and hammam despite both taking 15+ mins to heat up. They also have free parking on site which is a plus. The room was clean and had all of the basics.

We had to ask for more instant coffee for the room as there was only 1 individual packet. It would be good to have a few more and an actual coffee maker instead.

The staff were exceptional in this Airport hotel. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment we arrived Lemane on Reception was very helpful. The shuttle bus was an unexpected bonus that was offered to us. And the friendliness was amazing. Although it was the last night of our holiday, and only stayed there for ease of access to the airport for an early flight, it turned out to be the most enjoyable night of our holiday. Well done all !!!

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. Perhaps that there was no restaurant or bar facilities at the weekend would be viewed as a negative.
