It is a peaceful place, I had a studio apartment with enough space to keep going back and forth without feeling constrained in one room and also near the line 9 metro.

I was in room 606, no one came to take out the trash for all the time I was there. I was out of Toilet paper and had to inform the reception for a refill. Although my colleague on 3rd floor said the trash was being emptied on a daily and they had plenty of toilet paper. I guess the person assigned on my floor was not serious.

We liked the space, easy check in, location along the river and being surrounded by places to grab a bite to eat. We stayed on the 6th floor and we got a balcony space too which was lovely! It was also close to the subway station to be able to hop around to see the sights of Paris.

Even though AC is advertised for this place, ours wasn't working properly and it was really hot (Paris in the middle of summer)

The hotel is in the perfect location with a metro station a few minutes away. The room had a kitchen area and fridge so perfect for storing our drinks and snacks. The bed was lovely and comfortable, I slept so well. Staff were very friendly. Overall we had a great stay.

The carpet could do with replacing as there are a few areas that are stained. This did not have an impact on the stay.

The hotel is so near to la Seine musicale so perfect for concert goers. There are many good bars and restaurants nearby with good menus and happy hour drinks. It seems a friendly neighbourhood and 5 minutes from a good tube line into Paris. Secure parking is available for a fee and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. No baguette available which feels central to a French breakfast. One of the rooms the electric sockets did not work but the remaining rooms were fine.

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Parking was secure and accessible with remote control fob. Hotel was conveniently situated for restaurants and convenience stores.

As all the spaces were taken there was nowhere to leave the car for a few minutes so that I could check in prior to being able to access the car park. Had to double park which restricted the road width.

Loved the staff! Amazingly helpful and just chill and normal. Loved the bathtub and the fact there was a tiny kitchen in the room. And there was a market really close where you could get basically anything you needed.

The wifi! The wifi had a life of its own. It was also far away from the city centre. The metro station wasn’t too far but you had to change trains a few times.

Did not understand, why I needed to pay additionally for a deposit at the start of the stay. Half a price deposit is too much when everything was already paid via booking. I was not given the information why it was needed. (At the end of the stay I got back my deposit but still, I was stressed about it the whole stay)

The property has everything what you need for a holiday. The bed is confortable, there is also a small kitchen which is very usefull, all the accesories are available there to prepare something for a dinner or for a lunch. The hotel is located into a good place with a good connection at Metro station (line 9), in rest of the holiday we used a lot the metro.

It’s my first time when I’m into a holiday and I need to request a toilet paper. Apart from the fact I’ve paid everything what the hotel requested (the depozit and the room booking) I’ve expected to have a room service periodical (once at 2 days or something like this), in 6 days of my stay the room was cleaned only one time, the towels and the trahs was changed only ONE TIME in 6 DAYS, I was needed to request day by day a towel.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip! Also it was clean, with a comfortable bed and a supermarket closeby. Lastly, the metro station was withing 5 minutes walking. Friendly stuff. In general, good value for money.

Not a great view and the fact that if you use the kitchen you have to clean it by yourself (not included in the cleaning/service costs).

location is perfect, close to a big grocery and metro station. price is reasonable and enough spacious.

many stains on the floor carpet, liquid soap was never refilled while my 4 nights stay.
