Newly renovated (painting and fixtures and bed and furniture and bathroom), balcony to a back street - very nice. Overall very clean and new management super responsive and friendly. We arrived early and they were there w/in minutes to gives an early checkin (and a free coffee!).

Thin walls & door means can hear people in the stairwell in the morning. But still great value for money.

The manager / owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is good, being not too far from the motorway, with easy parking behind and just 10 minutes' walk from the main square with its nice brasseries (Place Dalton). There is a Total petrol station for topping up 50m away, an excellent bakery 20m away and a nice café/bar (with a pleasant rear garden; Le Campeadores) almost opposite.

The rooms are quite small and the shower a bit of a squeeze, but fine for the money. Although the road is quite busy during the day, it is perfectly quiet at night, as long as you are not a late riser. The restaurant looked interesting, but I was not sure if it was active.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, clean bedding and room generally very clean. I slept very well. Liked having a juliet balcony. Very hospitable, welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with. Lots of free parking available.

It would have been beneficial if the shutters worked properly or if the curtains were wide enough to cover the full window. This didn't bother me too much as I was up very early, and it was dark. The shower cubicle is a little small, but it worked, and I was still able to shower properly. The tables at the sides of the bed need fixing.

The staff were all very welcoming and explained how to access the hotel after closing and the best places to park. It was clean and the location to the fortified city was a big bonus.

This isn't a chain hotel, and it was evident that the hotel has been set up with severe financial restraint. The noise of other guests opening and closing their doors was loud as was the plumbing when others used their bathrooms.

Excellent little Hotel. The Owner/Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for bikers as there is secure parking with cameras. Room was newly renovated, clean, comfortable with a fabulous shower. Home made food, which was lovely. Just what was needed after a long journey on the road. Many thanks for the great hospitality.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room and facilities fine and what you would expect in a budget hotel. Reasonably quiet so good night's sleep. Plenty of free parking nearby

The staff worked hard to please. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Wish then well in there endeavor to win that 3rd star.

Perhaps the guests leaving the restaurant late at night could be more considerate to those in bed. This midnight plus.

Nice, clean and comfortable room in the city centre. Lovely breakfast with a very personal touch. Family owned and run so worth supporting. We will stay again for sure.

No lift available but they helped us with our suitcases. Really kind and nice people

Room was simple, but comfortable and bright. Staff are friendly. The hotel restaurant serves a good couscous.

The shower in the room was small and in need of an update.

The staff were very helpful. Very warm and inviting. In the evening we were locked out because we forgot to ask for the key code. The manager soon came to our tescue
