This is our second stay at this hotel on our way to Val d'Isere from the UK. The location is ideal for getting onto the motorway for the second part of our journey. This is a lovely, quirky hotel with lots to do if you had more time (great entertainment area downstairs for children/teens). We had a drink and snack in the bar - friendly service from the staff. Breakfast in the morning was great - variety and all fresh produce.

The room was quite hot on arrival so we had to open the window to cool down, might be worth having it set at an ambient temperature.

We absolutely loved this place. It's the perfect location for families with children. So much is there for the children to entertain themselves. The swimming pool is small but it's a massive plus by hot weather. The rooms are nicely decorated, there's mini fridge and kettle for coffee and tea (offered by the hotel). Very nice restaurant as well. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice, fresh and for all kind of taste. We really enjoyed our stay and felt we could easily spend a week there. The staff is young, dynamic and super friendly. They do absolutely everything to make your stay an enjoyable moment.

We liked everything so nothing to say as bad really. Even the towels are facilitated by the hotel for the swimming pool.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, relatively spacious and quiet. Dinner onsite - not much choice and a bit pricey for the location. It did come out quickly though which was helpful for the children. Breakfast was busy at 9am but we only waited a few minutes for a table and there was plenty of options to choose from (crepes, scramble and boiled eggs, cereals, meat and cheese, fresh juice, bread and pastries and cake, tea/coffee/hot chocolates) and the kitchen kept topping everything up. I liked the key card holder reminded you of certain timings: breakfast, pool opening/close, restaurant open, checkout time etc. Very handy.

Pool didn't look very clean - very murky in colour. It was also smaller than expected - it got a bit crowded given how many ppl where there.

Nice and cosy hotel. Friendly staff. Free parking next to the hotel. Big TV screen in the room.

only one blanket in the double room. There should be at least one more blanket to those who don't want to sleep under one (me and my son for example). it was a bit too hot in the room and it was not possible to change the temperature in the room. Unfortunately no spoons in the hotel room. But these are just minor things to improve.

We absolutely loved our stay here from start to finish. Perfect for families. Loved the pool, bar area and restaurant. The rooms were lovely, comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and friendly. Fantastic facilities for children with games and toys to keep them entertained. Beautiful meal at the restaurant and great value for money. Good area with local shops etc.

OMG, I really loved the breakfast. So much choice. Perfect for people who value healthy breakfasts. The croissants, the pancakes, the croque monsieurs, the granola, the sugarbread, the cheese, the fruit, ... The entrance was also very 'hot' and modern. The reception desk was a bit small, but we managed to do everything we needed. The pool was excellent. The restaurant was also ok. If ever I'm going back to Lyon, this is the hotel where I will stay! I truly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to Eurexpo.

I have no things I didn't like. The room was ok. However, the airco could be a little bit better, if I truly need to sum up something :-)

all staff super friendly. really went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were all comfortable. we were only there for one night as a stop over and it was perfect. we travelled with out two young children and our dog and it was ideal. lots of things to keep children occupied. games and swimming pool. decent sized room. food was good too. Would recommend:)

for the Type of trip we needed it for it was perfect and can’t really complain. air con wasn’t really working and it was a super hot day but apart from that great.

Breakfast was delicious. Great facilities for kids- computer games, table football, ping pong, pool etc. The hotel staff were very understanding when our son was ill and they let us use the room for an hour extra for him to recover a bit before we set off. We were very grateful for this.

The sign said the pool would open at 9 and lots of kids were waiting- but I don’t think it opened until 10. Small thing- but I think lots of families were hoping for a swim before they continued their journey.

We booked an overnight stay as a stopover on our way to Tigne for a ski trip. Location was ideal to get back onto the motorway, the facilities looked great even though we were unable to use them due to a late arrival (lots for younger children/teens to do in the lobby area) and the room was clean and tidy.

The rollout bed for my daughter wasn't altogether comfortable and not ideal for taller people but served its purpose for the night.

Lovely place and all staff bar 1 where very helpful.

I ordered a drink and one of the staff gave me two drinks in between chatting to people.It was very quite after 20 mins I walked away.My wife had same experience with the same member of staff...other than that staff where brilliant ...They where very welcoming and couldn't do enough...
