This is a very good place if you want a relatively cheap place to stay in a great location. The host is very kind. Breakfast is served in the hotel's lovely courtyard, next to the lemon tree.

The bed in the room creaked a lot. If you have a more fragile sleep, you may wake up from the sounds in the corridor, but you can't hear the street noise at all. Even if the quality of the room wasn't the best, it didn't ruin my experience here.

The hotel was in a good location, pretty central, but in a quiet area. Not far away from the train station as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English, which is not always the case in France. Loved the interior and style of the hotel. It also offered a good value for money.

I knew it while booking the property, but the room didn't have an AC, just a fan.

The location is very good, in the old town of Cannes, near Vieux Port and Croisette. The room I had was very comfortarble. Breakfast was beyond expectations.

It was all ok actually. Maybe the only thing not so ok was the broken front door, but they said it will be fixed in the next few days. Wi-Fi was quite weak but still going.

It was hot in the room, having the windows open and fan on made it comfortable. But this led to mosquitos coming in, I got bitten quite badly. Bring mozzi spray and you’ll be fine! Worth the stay!

Great location - near everything in the older part of the city; near market, small shops, beaches, etc. Exceptional host, very accommodating. Clean room.. Nice breakfast in the courtyard - very nice and relaxing.

Central location, next to the Promenade, the Fortress, Forville market, supermarket, fancy restaurants, and beach (Plage du Midi). Excellent host - very accommodating!

The courtyard was very cute and the property was clean.

The rooms were extremely small and the front door lock needs to be replaced. So hard to unlock the door to get in!!!
