Although not reserved in advance, they prepared just for me a dish, which wasn't on the card of the day, but well on previous dates. With a smile. And delicious ! I had some idea of the wine I wished to taste. They confirmed my choice. Beyond expectations ! Always available for any help, advises. Along my experience in hotel reservations, I never experienced such immediate Internet feedback always fully documented. Free parking : nice !

A minor minus point : my room was rather 'sad' (the feeling when first entering) + some noise sometimes in the water management system. Maybe because they try to reduce the water garbage...

We have used this hotel on several occasions and it is consistently good. The staff are friendly and helpful and English is spoken if your French is a little rusty or limited. Rooms are adequate and clean. The terrace is an ideal place for an aperitif before dinner, which was served to us in the restaurant. The food menu choice is limited and the wine list is extensive. A limited range of wine can be bought by the glass. Breakfast is buffet style and self service with a good range of food and drink to choose from.

Nothing to dislike

Large comfortable room, comfortable bed, large walk in shower. Great location for visiting Chablis. Great wine list in restaurant.

Air-conditioning not working. We have been visiting this hotel for over 30 years when we stock up on Chablis and a highlight has always been the gastronomy of the restaurant- whilst the meal was good this time we didn't feel the food met the extremely high standards we have experienced in the past.

Excellent restaurant (Gourmet) which everyone enjoyed. A table was booked for our party and the food and service was first class. Good quality breakfast available from 7:00am. Polite and helpful staff who knew enough English to complement our bad French! Second time I have stayed there and will do so again. Chablis is also delightful.

Nothing.

We stayed here just for one night on our way to Brittany. The room was clean and pretty - ours was on the second floor (which is good because of the old squeaky wooden floors) with a view of the village. Nice French antique style decor, slept with the window open and it was quiet. There is easy parking in front of the hotel.

Great location - center of Chablis, but in a quiet area at the same time. Free parking (if there's a place to park as it was full at the end of the day and I saw 2 cars that had to go back and find a place outside the premises), good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly personnel. You can also taste some nice Chablis by glasses in the restaurant.

Wi-fi signal was too weak to have Internet in my room even on my laptop.

Breakfast was fairly good but no hot options except boiled egg. Coffee machine for decaf coffee was awful. Good selection of leaf teas. Room was quite small, large bathroom but shower controls very stiff & confusing. Could have done with hooks in room for coars etc. heating was efficient but very noisy.

Very nice place in a fascinating little town. Wish we'd had time to stay longer. Clean, unpretentious, did what it said on the tin. Convenient parking right outside front door.

Everything was fine.

The rooms are spare but cozy, and the spot is convenient to everything in Chablis anyone could want to see. The best part? The restaurants in the hotel are incredible, with a wine list longer than War and Peace. Have aperitifs or breakfast outside in the stunning courtyard. Friendly and kind staff who are all fluent in English as well as French.

The wifi wasn't the best.

The parking. A car parked so that we were unable to leave in the morning. The staff were incredibly helpful in trying to locate the driver. Maybe put something in place so that drivers cannot park in places where other drivers will be unable to leave.
