The breakfast was varied allowing choice. All fresh and very tasty. Loved the surrounding area. The view from my room was pretty stunning, especially in the morning with the rising sun burning the mist off the lake
The restaurant wasn't open on Sunday but the owner explained they couldn't get the staff in September and there were also not enough dinner guests. Food was available elsewhere but not from the restaurants. They were all closed. Closest one open was only 11km away.

Beautiful views over the lake. Very helpful staff.
Mostly fine and great value for money. Didn't try the breakfast so not sure on that. Restaurant turns out basic food (frozen fish and chips etc).

Location excellent, had to have food in the room. Evening meal very good and breakfast plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I arrived before cover restrictions eased. Could not visit the bar.

The location is stunning, the staff are lovely and the food was good. The bedding and mattress were impeccable. The bathroom was spotless. We only had the choice of a basic room, which normal we wouldn’t have chosen, however the hotel was packed and there were no other options!
There were wires hanging out of a wall and a burnt plug socket, paint on the carpet and the room needed dusting. The terrace looked like an after thought. Which is such a shame as the view from it is incredible. I would stay again but in another room.

It's in a lovely place overlooking a small lake. We had a nice very simple dinner on the terrace.
Your welcome was rather chilly. We were just shown our room. No explanation of keys or codes or even a 'welcome' statement. It was all a bit odd.

Older type property and one could hear the plumbing from other rooms But this would not stop me returning
