Room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was excellent. I was staying there because my wife was in the hospital just up the road. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. When my wife was moved to Poitiers hospital which is bigger I got a full refund on the nights I had left on my booking, even though I don’t think I was entitled to all of it. I all that wonderful service and I thank them very very much.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like except the circumstances of me baking there.

Budget hotel on an industrial estate. Good size car park with security barrier. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet at night. A good help yourself buffet breakfast if you want it. Bed was very comfortable, a no-frills room but good for one night.

Not much in the immediate area unless you want to drive. You can walk to some chain type restaurants but its a path on the grass verge with roundabouts to get over, just don't drink too much if you do!

I always use this hotel on my way to Spain. It's very convenient and has things around it which are useful such as a wine shop and McDonald's. It's a stones throw from the motorway which is also a huge plus. It's great value and you get what you pay for. For the price, self check in at any time. This is worth it alone.

Should have requested a low floor room, my own fault. Ended up up 3 flights of stairs and didn't take my bags as I was so tired.

Really nice B&B hotel just out of Chatellerault, handy on the way back to Calais. Clean and fresh. Bigger room. Good shower. A/C. Staff exceptionally friendly and chatty. Little garden to the rear with tables. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Good coffee. A few eating places within walking distance and a big Intermarché too

We really liked the hotel

Inexpensive, a good place to stop on a long road trip. The guy who was there in the morning to make breakfast, was very nice!

Had trouble at first trying to get in. Not sure I liked to fact that there was no one around to help when we first arrived.

Very convenient overnight stop. Easy access from A10 autoroute and automated check-in for a late evening arrival worked fine. Secure parking, clean and warm room. Good breakfast. Staff friendly.

Breakfast quite expensive, but good. Overall, nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is on an industrial estate and is mainly used by people travelling on business. We used it as a convenient stop halfway between Biarritz and Paris. It is basic but very clean and convenient. There are not many staff but those we met were very pleasant. There was a good choice of restaurants close by plus an Intermarché supermarket and filling station. The bed was very comfortable.

Much like other Hotels from the same chain - Breakfast bread etc was "baked on site" so tasted warm and really fresh. The eggs and bacon was very small so by the time 2 people had some it was gone! Clean hotel, very convenient location for a stop over and you can check it using automated service at reception anytime (24hrs) which was the main reason for choosing this hotel

The beds were very firm and the mattress thin (but not bad enough to stop me coming back as it was still comfortable just room for improvement). I stayed overnight on a friday as a stop over and the breakfast starting at 7:30 was a little late. There were about 12 people coming down around this time so I guess they probably would have preferred the option of an earlier start.

Room was very clean and perfectly adequate for overnight stay. Easy check-in. Very good check-in and out times. Breakfast simple but adequate. Very convenient for local restaurant.

Did not mention that you could get 10% off bill at local restaurant when staying at B&B hotel

Mamadou the person in charge bent over backwards to help me as a disabled person by swapping our room to a ground floor unit and ensuring our comfort.

Some of the rude ungrateful guests who gave Mamadou a hard time when they failed to understand how to operate the combination door lock.
