The reception we received from the young man at the Hotel desk was charming and he couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliantly situated in the centre of this beautiful coastal town. The hotel itself is older and uniquely furnished with a wonderful courtyard/garden which has plenty of places to sit and relax. The rooms and the breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. As the town is so popular parking can be limited so its worth ringing first to book it where possible. I would say avoid the river parking option if you have a larger car due to access road size and that it is used by cars both ways with limited passing places.

The location was close to restaurants, shopping and exploring. A charming hotel with a lovely garden to stroll or relax, it offered a friendly and inviting stay. The included breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered great service.

The stairs to the room. Three floors. I hurt my foot and it became a problem to lug up luggage. The decorations in the room could have been better as compared to others we stayed in our 30 day trip.

Central location with beautiful garden and very quiet. Beautiful old house with original features. Excellent breakfast with local produce and wide choice. Very comfortable bed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient car park! The heated swimming pool is fantastic. A huge plus is that small dogs are welcome and access to the outside is very convenient for walks.

I really like this hotel, it is comfortable, relaxed, quiet, with excellent breakfasts. Lovely staff, it has something of the atmosphere of a family home.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel. Parking is a big issue in Collouire, this hotel has its own carpark, it is a bit tricky to find the first time. It is quite possible to get to it by train, it is a 10 minute walk only.

We love this place . The historic house and gardens are stunningly beautiful and we enjoy the fact that the hotel has a pool . The Casa team are so welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble x

Nothing at all . One pointer:- The prices have gone up and the hotel is a higher rate than most. We asked about the rate being matched to booking.com but the amount was declined

We were pleased that we changed our plans, and had two nights in Collioure. Best decision ever. A warm welcome from staff who had already assisted us by pre-arranging a taxi from a nearby town. This hotel has a relaxed ambience, lovely pool and garden, is in an ideal location but is peaceful and private. No lift but our luggage was immediately taken to our first floor room which was light and airy with big windows overlooking the garden. Excellent blackout shutters. Some first floor rooms had a little balcony and some rooms on the next floor up had an outdoor terrace. Perfect outdoor area for an evening drink and breakfast in the morning. Excellent value, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a marvellous location right in the heart of Collioure and has the most beautiful courtyard garden. Breakfasts are very good and the staff were helpful on the whole.

The rooms are a bit small and dated for the price. There was no safe WiFi that my husband could use on his computer without disabling his safety features. The staff were not overly helpful about this.

The hotel was beautiful with a lovely ambience that made for a very relaxing stay. The attention to detail the style of the building the excellent staff made this hotel a hidden gem . The garden the pool the wonderful breakfast were 5star . Location was superb,but secluded and although Collioure was busy once we entered the hotel it was like entering a little piece of tranquility. When we had a small medial issue Audrey was able to help us with it. Marie Noelle was a lovely hostess at breakfast time

This beautiful hotel is unique and classy. The breakfast is excellent, the best I had on the road (without paying 30 Euro---it comes with the room. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and situated right in the middle of town. It includes a pool, a lovely garden seating area, and the dining room is super comfortable and elegant. The staff were exceptionally polite and thoughtful, and helped me identify interesting things to do---I took a long walk through the vineyards, and visited the fort in my one full day. The room was quiet and comfortable, with sufficient hot water and good lighting. There are stairs, but they'll help you with your bags, the only hotel I encountered in France that offered this service. My favorite hotel stay on my trip so far!

My only wish would be a nespresso machine in the room, because the nescafe thing won't cut it for us early risers and coffee addicts.

This hotel is situated right in the centre of Collioure but set back in a secluded garden. Parking in the town is not always easy so reserve a payable spot with the hotel. Each room is different and check first if you have mobility problems as there are stairs in the rooms. In some of the rooms the toilets are a very tight squeeze so if you need a bit more space check that too. It would have been nicer to have some comfy chairs to sit on instead of the more decorative ones we had. The garden is a lovely quiet area to sit. The pool looks nice but isn’t heated until April. Breakfasts are good with something to suit everyone. This is the first place we stayed where we were even offered help with our luggage. Everyone who works here is helpful and friendly and knew our names from the start. I would stay here again

The fridge was noisy but we just turned it off at night. The same with the heating in the room. As I mentioned before the toilet is a tight squeeze
