Great value. Location was excellent for those doing a cycling tour along the Seine. Regarding biking, I was able to bring my bike into the room. Secure storage is also available. Room was comfortable and shower was excellent (with two shower heads to choose from). Staff spoke excellent English and were uniformly welcoming. Breakfast buffet had varied options (including vegetarian, fewer vegan) and was, for me, worth the extra cost.

It wasn't an issue when I stayed but be aware the room does not have AC. A desk fan is provided which I felt was adequate for cooling.

The room was large enough, the wet room was very good. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed ! Could do with more coffee sachets and milk. There was lots of different lighting, Enough room and hangers for clothing. well lit outside and shutters easily managed from inside. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and always smiling, most welcoming.. This is my 3rd visit.

Really convenient location - next to N184 (but not noisy) with large free car park and 10 minute walk from Neuville Universite RER A station. Room was recessed to protect from heat (despite it being over 35 degrees, not too hot). Good breakfast buffet.

Nearest villages a good 30 minutes walk away

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On our arrival at the hotel, they showed us where we could store our bikes securely, and made sure to find us a room on the cooler side of the hotel. We were hot and tired and they immediately supplied us with cool water and brought a fan to our room to help us relax. As the restaurant was going to be closed that evening, they told us to return, after we’d rested, for local recommendations. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drink arranged buffet style. There was a good variety of fresh fruit as well as crispy bread and pastries, cereals, yoghurts and meat and cheese.

Of course air conditioning and sound proofing would have been nice, but this is a budget hotel and the exceptional staff and the great breakfast more than compensated.

Great value for money, excellent and friendly customer service. Stayed here as the last stage of cycling the London to Paris route. We didn't have breakfast, as we thought we'd find a cafe along the route near the river. There aren't any, so take the opportunity here.

The room facilities are a little dated, but perfectly serviceable.

The hôtel wasn't just cheap we had value for our money, the room was 10/10, clean room, we booked a double bed room which cam with an extra single bed under our bed the bed was large and the mattress was nice, the linen was clean and soft, we had extra two pillows inside our room, we also had a phone line for outside calls. the bedroom was large à very spacious, we had plugs on either side of the bed , we had switches on either side of our bed to turn on or off the lights. We had a double door to stop the heat form getting out under the door, the radiator was nicely feeted on the wall, the decor was very nice, we had a large space to put all our suitcases, the bathroom was very large à extremely clean too, I couldn't fault it, The breakfast area was very nice and clean, every thing you needed was there and again it was clean and the restaurant served very nice dishes The parking space was spacious too, and and clean from any cluter the staff were really nice. If it was just up to me it should get a 4 start hôtel and i will always book my room there when ever going to visit my family in conflont st aunorine.

I loved everything about this hotel, the room. The bathroom, the quietness the cleanness and the location of the hotel was easy to find.

Everything was just fine. The room was clean, no noise, no smell, just perfect. The ceiling is a bit low, but it is not bothering. Reasonable for the price. We enjoyed staying

Breakfast is not that variable. You can find fresh croissants, but no baked eggs, only ham and cheese slises to make a sandwich.

WE were allowed to store our bikes in the room as opposed to leaving them in the kitchen unlocked

Had to upgrade to get a room with a private bathroom - though thought we had booked one!

A lovely little hotel in the centre of town. We certainly would stay there again,so definitely recommend

Welcoming staff we cycled to the hotel and the manager took care to find safe and accessible storage for the bikes without being asked
