The hotel is extremely well located, a few steps away from the spa and the casino. Our room was comfortable and we particularly liked the fact that we could have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, with a yummy child-friendly buffet. What made our stay special is the team’s kindness. I was tragédie alone with my two kids and they made us feel home.

great location. very comfortable bed and a big double bed at that. room nice and cool which i prefer, breakfast buffet excellent and the receptionist/waitress was charming and helpful

Clean hotel, friendly staff, rooms are just what you need, nothing more, nothing less.
We arrived in the night, so we couldn't ask for the wifi password anymore, so we didn't have wifi. Not a problem though, and not their fault.

contrexeville was once a pretty town but tourism must have dwindled.
