Absolutely stunning hotel with friendly staff, great interior and excellent breakfast. The service and staff at the hotel makes you feel like you're in a 5* hotel. The aqua park was a bit crowded but I still think it is the best aqua park in France (at least it is brand new and everything works well).

Lunch/dinner could be better and cheaper.

An excellent place to spend time with family and our dog. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, the service was top-notch until the end of our stay. The kindness of every staff member we encountered and the extra care they provided made the experience exceptional.

Beautiful hotel very clean and nice staff . We stayed for 4 nights . We felt that the hotel is comparable to 5 stars hotel. Close to hiking trails. Very memorable stay.

Excellent location next to Aquamotion aqua park, very good room and restaurant.

It was a bit strange for a hotel of such level not to be able to extend the checkout even for 1 hour. Even more strange was unwillingness to substitute one Aquamotion entrance pass for another even when I proposed to pay the difference. I understand the hotel may be almost fully booked and that there may be certain rules in place but front desk staff in such establishments may need to be more flexible and client friendly.

very good hotel ! modern , fresh and new . I truly recommend it! also you have shuttle to Courchevel 1850 even at late evening . and also lift but you need to walk about 10 min there and it is open until 23 45 . ski room is good enough but the boxes are not closed with the key . but you have ski in and out

I would truly recommend the hotel to work out the breakfast . the egg selection could be better ( foe ex. they can put mix vegetables to the omelet or sunny eggs if the client is asking) the rest is perfect . with cheese and meat selection

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous family-friendly hotel with our three children. The facilities were top-notch and our kids had a blast, especially at the aqua park which was definitely the highlight of our trip. They also had a great time playing games in the foyer. One afternoon, we took advantage of the kids club and our children loved every minute of it, enjoying the various games and crafts available. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. The staff were all incredibly friendly and took great care of us throughout our stay.

We couldn’t get a reservation for dinner the first night as we hadn’t booked. They did ask when we checked in and we just didn’t book it

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and well maintained; very clean and comfortable. The reception and parking personnel are very kind and helpful. We reserved the parking and the hotel provides a valet. The hotel is next to Aquamotion which offers a variety of pools, saunas and places for children. The access for guests to Aquamotion is facilitated via a tunnel under the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel provides several places for kids, it is very kid friendly.

The capacity of the restaurant is limited and you need to book in advance to have dinner (which we were not aware of); the personnel in the restaurant is nice but they mixed and forgot our order which was not a nice experience. At the breakfast we had to wait in line for some time due to the lack of eating space in the restaurant. The food was scarce and not of good quality.

The hotel was recent, clean, lots of amenities for a family: kiddies area, wooden games, table tennis, babyfoot, great seating area, restaurant ( limited menu but not bad), Olympic Games were broadcasted in a large area on a huge screen, valet service, breakfast good, daily cleaning service, concierge. Driving distances to other Courchevel. Tunnel access and limited access to Aqua Motion. Spa area with reduction. Overall - really good for a family. Only thing was lots of lollipops and sweets freely available at reception area !!!!

The hotel is good overall. Room is good size and has decent cleaning standards. I think the furniture could be a bit smarter, but is not necessarily bad. Bathroom is good and well maintained. Bed is good. The aquamotion facilities are a very nice addition, but since it is very far away from the rooms, not the place we went the most (once in the week to visit and that was it. I am sure other people make better use of it)- would be good to have a gym or a pool within the premises of the hotel, one lift away rather than a long walk.

Restaurant was not a good experience for us. We had reserved dinner for the full week since we had our kids with us and going to the village wasn't as convenient, but after the first night we cancelled all reservations and had all of our food at the village. It was not good at all, pretty dishes but tasteless. Breakfast was not bad, but also nothing to write home about. The option to eat in the bar on the ground floor during the day was also a bit of a lie, since they were always closed when we actually wanted to eat something (ie: 5pm when coming back from skiing). Location of the hotel is nice to get to, but is between villages, so you will probably get your car most of the time if you want to have something to eat.
