I really liked the nature around the hotel, as well as the facilities within the hotel. It had everything you need for a longer stay. Also, relatively nearby there is a larger store.

I am an animal lover and have nothing in general against the birds. However, the birds around the facilities were very irritating as they were loud throughout the day (I had a small apartment on the top floor). Also, if you have a car and park it under the trees, your car will be gracefully decorated by bird feces. I don't think this is so much of a hotel's fault, so let this just serve as a small warning. :) Nothing too awful.

The room is clean, comfortable, quiet and secure. I did not experience any disturbance. The staff are friendly, kind and respectable. They respond very fast incase of need

Poor network especially the unstable WIFI made it difficult for us to use our laptops and communicate home. The worst was the TV which only has French channels. You also consider English speaking guests. Avail access to more channels and use of U-Tube, etc. The distance from the hotel to the bus stage is also long. Please consider introducing a shuttle to drop and pick guests upon request and at a reasonable price

Good location,deep in park,not noisy,close to anythink in Divonne.We are satisfied.Feel like on nature,a lot of trees around and nice river.In appartament we have everything what we need,good kitchen.Towels clean and soft.Bed comfortable.

A bit stiky floor,maybe after wash liquid,but we cann't walking without shoes.You need some thick curtains or blinds from the window the lantern shone very brightly.

Nice clean room with tiny kitchen - nothing for demanding cooking:) Safe parking nearby the hotel, good location close to the town center and good starting point for the trips to Switzerland, calm area. Very reasonable price.

Sometimes it could be difficult to find a parking place in front of the hotel, but there is another big parking just next to the hotel.

The late check-in was funny and adventurous. Seemed like solving a scape room specially after our very long trip! The place is nice for a short stay, and great value.

Some spiderwebs around. It was difficult to find the entrance and how to enter. The breakfast is not so easy to order on time, only when reception is available. Not easily reachable without a car.

Spacious room with sufficient wardrobe, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom taps , shower, hot water all working, though no hair dryer provided! Parking always available Less than 15 min walk to the town. Small balcony with table and two chairs, if this is the room booked!

Internet is available but banks and other websites block access due to “unsecured network “. The use of 4G works well but the WiFi must be disconnected!

Room clean with everything you need for a long stay or to survive until you find a permanent place.

The setup of the garage as there is only one entrance to it and only accessible by the outside of the building (at the very end of the property). I guess in the summer it would be all right, but at temperatures below zero not great at all!

Clean and tidy flat with all that is needed. Area very good for cycling, walking and enjoying the countryside.

Sadly some visitors don't always adhere to no smoking in rooms.

Good location. Pleasant view from balcony. Helpful staff.

Building maintenance could be better. Our apartment and some of the common areas were shabby. There were exposed electrical wires in the bathroom.

The studio was spacious, bed was comfy and kitchen was well equipped, plenty of parking spaces and 10 minute drive to restaurants. There were lots of green areas around the block so our dog could do her business without having to walk far.

They couldn't charge our card, and there is no receptionist in the evening so we had to leave our tour from Geneva to come check in, use the exact same card we used on the booking on the machine and drive back to Geneva again. No other hotels had issues charging our card. If not for this they would have gotten 10/10
